First and foremost, my girl Paula at the front desk was the absolute best. I think that one of the major keys to providing top notch service is being able to anticipate your customers needs and she was on top of it. She had patience and a ton of answers for my questions. A1 service. The Eco-friendliness of the property was awesome. I like the fact that inserting your key is what activated the power in the room. The sundries were all excellent choice and wrapped in recyclable and eco-friendly stone paper. The minibar choices were great. I definitely put the slippers to good use. The location was really what set it off. I think I went to bike on the coast every day that I was there. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was very nice. Spotlessly clean. Room lacked a chair except for a desk chair. The shower did not have a shelf or any means to put your shampoo, soap, etc anyplace except the floor of the shower.

I have stayed in this Hotel at least 3 times and my experience was good. I don't know what is happening but we did not have lightts in the hallways and one day in our room. Also the room keys did not work sometimes forcing us to go down to the lobby to get help. The food was not good and expensive, I think this is the last time we stay in this Hotel.
