A great place to stay in terms of location, friendly staff, luxury and relaxation. Would most definitely stay again. Blanca set the scene and made the perfect impression at the level reception so our special experience began straight away. We had booked a sea view level room and she offered us an upgrade for €25 per day to a room with a private garden. We accepted, but when we got to the room, there was a garden area with two sun beds which opened onto the swimming pool area where other people were sunning themselves almost directly outside our room. We didn't feel it was very private and asked to go to our original room. That was absolutely no problem. It was on the fifth floor with a balcony and a sea view. We were very happy.

Hotel was lovely, very clean and fresh white decor. The staff and concierge at front desk very pleasant and friendly, always said good morning. Great adults only pool area and a beautiful kids pool with music. Which would be nice to have music around the adults only pool too, but it was also nice to lie in peace. So didn't find that a negative. The pool bar and also where breakfast was served in the morning was very nice. Lots to choose from for breakfast. And a good choice on the menu for lunch. Didn't dine in the hotel at evening but was a beautiful looking restaurant on site. There was 3 of us sharing a room, 2 double beds. So requested a 3rd pullout single bed which was quickly set up for our return at night. Only 1 downside is the mirror wasn't near a plug point (so when trying to dry and straighten hair not ideal) although we managed to take the full length mirror off the wall and free stand it next to a plug point. Sorted! Other than that room was great. Good sized bathroom with shampoo/conditioner, shower gels, toothbrush/paste. Incase you forget to pack any essentials. Hotel location was good and within a 5-10 min walking distance to the port. We jumped into a taxi everynight only because of wearing high heeled shoes (was a taxi rank right outside front of hotel) this cost roughly 4-5 euros. But during the day it's a lovely walk along the beachfront to the port. A lovely beach with beachside bars. Would highly recommend this hotel. And we will be returning next year. Can't wait.

Nice Hotel, Nice place and nice people, however things were stolen from one of our rooms the last day. wallet (including all papers and cash), 2 watches. instead of helping to clear things out they insinuated that we invented this in order to get some money...unbelievable. would not recommend anyone to go here

Lovely hotel, very family friendly. Very accommodating and polite staff and great location. Would definitely visit again. It was our first holiday with our 6 month old child and we were made to feel very welcome and very comfortable. Loved it

We stayed in June, we checked in to a nice lobby and the check in was swift and easy. When we arrived at the room we were facing a hedge with absolutely no sunlight, the lady at reception was helpful in moving us to a better room. The second room was nice and looking out to the pool, it was clean and it had a small fridge well stocked. We went half board and didn't opt for the level which was a huge mistake as it's 6€ for a pint of local beer and 12€ for a strawberry daquiri in a small wine glass! It gets better; 9€ for a toasty ham and cheese sandwich, ridiculous prices! Another issue is the lack of entertainment at night, the pool bar closes at 19:00 and the main bar has nothing on for adults or children. A huge pity as the hotel and grounds are beautiful and this really lets it down. We went half board and had breakfast and dinner most days. The breakfast selection is decent (sausages and bacon are terrible but always are abroad), the dinner buffet changes nightly and there's a fantastic selection of meat and fish that you can select to be cooked in front you. All in all a nice hotel that's let down with it's drink prices and lack of entertainment.

Like all the Melia hotels we have been to this one is very good. The town centre is at the end of the street that runs at the rear of the hotel so not too far to walk.Go for a pool/garden view room as those at the back of the hotel merely overlook a not very attractive car park. There are 3 pools set in a pleasant garden but rather strangely there were no umbrellas which really was our only complaint. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice. We didnt eat in the evening restaurant but the meals/snacks served in the bar were very good which in our experience is not always the case with hotels, even the 4 & 5 star ones. All in all would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff speak good english and were both helpful and pleasant. This hotel is modern, nicely furnished and well maintained.

The hotel was fine, good food and fine room. Only the wifi was a bit disapointed. Mostly it is a calm and lfriendly hotel only when the English groeps arrive. Sleeping is difficult then. The pools are very good.

Nice hotel, generally helpful staff (except check-in process), great location. Some really strange shortcomings. no room preferences, totally inadequate wifi. great adult pool area and nice bar. strange empty building next to the adult pool - seems to be unused - would make a great gym or bar or shop.

I went with my wife and son. I thought at first it sounded expensive but when I got there I was very happy with the hotel. Staff at reception were very helpful, but the staff that were giving out the towels were unhelpful!!!. The rooms where nice. The breakfast buffet was really good there was so much fresh food to choose from.

Stayed here for company event in April. It is a mid range Melia - perhaps in need of a face lift in certain parts of it. But it has a great atmosphere and friendly staff. The best part of it is probably the lunch and dinner buffets which I recommend as relatively good value.
