Stayed 4 nights in April. Room was adequate for what we required. Kitchen area small but usable. Beds were comfy. Partial sea view. The towels were poor and didn't dry after showering. The roof pool had plenty of sun beds, the only disappointment is that the bar closed at 4pm so couldn't get any refreshments after this time The best thing about this hotel is the location. Right next to the sea and only a short walk to the old town and to the bars and restaurants Big shout out to Miguel in reception. He was very helpful and always had a smile on his face Would definitely use this hotel again if visiting Marbella

Stayed here 16th February for a week.It is in a lovely position on the sea front and near the old town. The apartment was nicely decorated and had balcony with a sea view. The beds were comfy and it was kept clean by lovely cleaners,in fact the whole of the Hotel was sparklingly clean,Wifi was great and tv had bbc1and2 and. itv.The only negative was no bar in the evening, but that didn't matter to us.I would certainly stay again and recommend it to couples. One of my favourite places to stay

Warm and friendly welcome, lovely apartment (510) with partial sea view from our balcony. Well equipped room with a TV in the bedroom and lounge and English channels. Great views from the roof terrace but didn't get chance to try the pool. Couldn't fault the staff who were always willing to help.

Stayed here over the weekend 7th April for a hen party. Rooms clean and spacious all the facilities you need for a self catering room. Relatively quiet around about the hotel. Walking distance to the old town and the marina where the bars are and the strip has a few restaurants and gift shops. For some reason our aircon unit didn't work but once reported they got it working again but as soon as you changed the temperature it stopped, as we were there for only a couple of nights didn't bother reporting it again. You get a lovely breeze from the sea front so that was good. Would stay again if I went to Marbella

We stayed here for 1wk in April very clean with maid service daily friendly staff in reception. The location is perfect as the hotel is at the end of the prominard so it is quiet at night time but the bars and restaurants are only a minute walk away. You can catch a bus to peurto banus on the main road for only 1euro 18 cents we did this and caught the boat back at 8 euros 50 cents. We had fantastic views of the sea from the balcony! A great holiday 😀😋

Very clean and apartment had lovely sea views. Basic kitchen equipment but all you need. Bit hit and miss with tea towels, but beds made every day and clean towels. Staff very polite.hotel very central.

Room was clean with a balcony with two chairs and a table, sea view (on the side of the building so you had to lean a bit) had twin beds, flat screen tv with three british channels plus some english speaking channels, microwave, two ring electric hob table and three chairs, nice bathroom with large powerful shower. Only thing that spoilt it was that there was no bar open after 4pm in the building nor an evening restaurant which meant you had to go out to eat or get a drink. Value for money, right on the sea front with a nice promenade in a good position apart from not many cafe's around. Benidorm full english breakfasts it was not!

Great hotel, ideal location. Really clean, quiet, great having a kitchenette and very cool comfortable. We will certainly return here. It ticked every box for us in terms of the location - really close to the sea and the bars and restaurants, supermarket, taxi ranks, old town and buses. We wanted to be in a central location and this didn't disappoint. We stayed for nights in mid March and found the hotel friendly, really comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchenette was really useful and we found the room spacious and comfortable. Rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh bedding and towels. The price is fair too, we will certainly return. Thank you soo much for a lovely stay.

Mobility: 8 stairs from reception to lift. From lift to 7th floor you can walk up 2 flights of stairs (36 steps) to the roof. There are some loungers and a tiny very heated pool. Nice views, but no peace due to the constant clanking and screeching from the elevator shafts. There is a lounge, bar and small restaurant on 8th floor. Room: you cannot book a special room, so be prepared for luck of the draw. I was unlucky and complained every day, but as a single female I am used to always getting the worst room. And I had to pay 60% more for a room to myself. 204 was dark with a tiny balcony getting sun for only 1 hr a day: not enough heat to dry washing in 22 °C. I could just glimpse the sea. For some strange reason, the TV was locked on the top shelf inside the wardrobe and only visible while lying on the bed with no pillow. Impossible to see it from sofa or table: not practical for morning News programmes or afternoon football. The tiny kitchen was so dark they had provided a standard lamp, but there were no convenient sockets, so could not sit on sofa and read. Bring a long extension cord? Room cleaning was after 3 pm each day. Why oh why do we have to pay extra for the room safe? Recommendation: Be prepared to get a dark side room. If you are here in mid summer, will spend all day on the beach and enjoy the cool of your shaded balcony for drinks before taking the short walk along the front to all the restaurants for dinner, book this conveniently situated hotel. If you, like me, are there in winter, want to eat in sun on balcony, enjoy a seaview, spend the evening reading and watching TV then find another hotel. TIP for ALL HOTELS: You will never touch anything on holiday, (apart from money) so full of bacteria and dried bodily fluids than the room TV-remote control. This is why you get a free shower cap. Enclose the remote in it (and then wash your hands) and fasten with an elastic or tape, and for the holiday press the buttons through the clean clear plastic.

Just got back from Marbella I went with 3 other adults for my grandmas 80TH birthday we had booked 2 rooms both had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The reception staff were all so helpful. The hotel is in a good location on the sea front and close to bars and marina. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if in Marbella.
