Place I booked was not comfortable it was hot AC was not cool enough,beds are too small and hard. This will be the last time I’m booking at this location everything was just too inconvenient for me and my brothers
PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING: I was booked to stay here from 9/11-9/16. The rooms are old and dated, there is a bad smell in the rooms (I had 2 adjoining rooms) and hallway is dirty. The air conditioning is horrible (we called maintenance and they said there was nothing they could do). My daughter developed a rash on her back after sleeping on the bed the first night (I have pictures). I submitted a review to KL residence itself and never heard back from them. I stayed here with my family in 2019 and was so happy with my stay so I decided to book again when I returned to the Philippines this year. I am so disappointed with KL and how they have failed to maintain their rooms and facility. After the first night we decided to check in elsewhere. Disgusting.

Love this place! I got the 1 bedroom suite and it was big enough to even fit 3 people! Im so glad i found this place :) they offer competitive rates and its centrally located to all shopping malls and restaurants.
Overall, very happy. Staff is at a minimum professional, and many are very friendly. Room is nice and big, good view from the 15th floor. Internet OK overall, with a couple hiccups where it went out on my PC for the night for no apparent reason (but worked on my phone). Living room AC had a problem leaking water in the room, so they disabled it, but bedroom AC still worked and was enough.
We stayed in a penthouse suite with 2 rooms. We gave the parents the master bedroom, which had all the outlets and mirrors in the entire suite. Although, the second room did have the sliding door to the outside patio. We did need someone to come up to the room to open and lock it every time though. There were no outlets or mirrors in the second room. Also there were a lot of fruit flies/gnats all over the room, as in the bathroom, the kitchen, the bedroom the living room. It made it hard to sleep and really do anything around the room comfortably without having to swat at something in your face or space. The TV was in and out and or froze quite often. I believe we called someone up to the room twice to have the problem fixed.
I had one of the upper Lofts. It's spacious and in very good condition. Nice pool also, unfortunately the view from there isn't great. Location is very close to Greenbelt, only a 5 minutes walk. Staff was very friendly. good place for a short stay.
