Staff was very attentive
Not a five-star hotel for me. Worst five-star hotel I've been in. Parking is so narrow, safety hazard is a concern. No ATM. Restaurant served cold coffee and burnt hash browns. Food haf no taste. Had a free dessert tab but it wasn't available. Water in the pool was so cold. Uppn exiring the parking, the lady asked for room number, occupant's name, etc. Took long to exit. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Not comback.
The antidote bar and onsen spa were terrific. Remaining balance on deposit was difficult to understand

Not a five star hotel by any measure. Our room smelt like car exhaust and even worse overnight. The service tried to be good but the nickle and dime game got old. They sent a guy up for me to sign a receipt for two bottle of water we had at breakfast. Considering they left 4 bottles in the room, I thought send up a guy several hours later was kind of silly. And the spa is confusing.
My room was a 1 bedroom suite and with a great view of Ayala. Friendly staff specially the housekeepers. The only downside is the location since it’s close to the red light district.
The hotel is nice. The pool is a great experience. It is the staff though that makes this hotel stand out. They are so helpful and attentive to every need; always at the ready. It is a great safe hotel.
The hotel is very modern with safety features key card on the elevator. Nice clean room with modern kitchenette and washing machine. The swimming pool is made of glass. They have a bar at the rooftop with 360 city view. Hospitable staff specially people at the frontdesk.

Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. It is our first time to hear that the parking is narrow. The hotel is also located in a busy district and ATM is everywhere. We have noted your concern with the food and will forward this to the relevant department to take actions. Our pool is designed as eco-pool which lessen the carbon footprint. With regards to the parking, a parking coupon must be validated at the front desk however you unable to get it validated that is the reason why the parking attendant is verifying information.
