Immediately upon arrival my friends and I wanted to leave. The hotel has, at every angle, a way to hustle extra money from a guest's wallet. Airport transfers, room upgrades, beach activities... spend more, more, and still more. We were unable to relax on the sand at all due to people trying to sell this service or the other. On the other side of the coin, the grounds are immense and very well maintained. Our rooms were simple but gigantic and pretty nicely kept (we had basic rooms - no upgrades!). The cleaning crew and waitstaff were much more relaxed and friendly than other employees of the hotel. It is important to note that all prices are quoted in Euro.
