I got stocked in the lift for about 10 - 15 minutes. I tried to ring the bell in the lift to get attention of the staff members, it took around 3 minutes when somebody answered. You need to know when emergency bell start ringing this needs to be answered immediately ... It wasn't really pleasant experience. I'm a young guy (24) Imagine if this would happen to someone who is less mobile than me. It wouldn't be really uncomfortable to rescue someone from half way opened lift ...
Staff go above and beyond their duties. Artur is the best barman in Portugal. Christina was so professional and works so hard. Anna was excellent and always smiling. All staff work extremely hard to ensure a perfect stay. Hotel is cleaned to an exceptionally high standard. We would recommend this hotel to everyone. Breakfast choice is amazing. Easy to get to from the airport to Maia Forum.
rooms and bathrooms very large. Space is not an issue. Normally too much warm, no possibility to open windows, pillows too small. It can be improved. Breakfast offer quite large, but quality of offer could be improved
Big rooms. Very clean and with a big complete bathroom. Excelent and friendly staff ready to help you. Nice bar-cafeteria with a sofas and pool table. Free wi-fi for customers. Good breakfast buffet with a continental meal.
The staff here are friendly and helpful, English is widely spoken by the front desk and restaurant staff. Dinners were very nice and well priced as was the wine. Good selection at breakfast too. I stayed in room 906 and it was clean and spacious. Could do with a little redecoration and the pillows were rather hard but I still slept well. There is free WiFi throughout but it was a bit flaky and very slow when it did work. Don't expect to be able to stream a film but emails etc would work eventually. It's located just a few minutes from the airport but significantly further from the tourist areas of Porto. Perfect for my work in Maia but this area lacks the charm of Porto, it's probably a lot cheaper than hotels there though. I'd happily stay here again.
All ok but food was an issue. Restaurant was open, but it wasn't, serving food, but not. Arrived at 1:45 for a 2pm check in. Couldn't check I until 3. Rooms ok. Beds hard. AC good. 10 minutes to the airport. Pizza Hut right across the street. I'd stay again.
We arrived late at Porto airport and chose this hotel for our first night in Portugal. This hotel is very good. Free parking, Nice rooms, we actually had a two room apartment. We could have stayed longer, but I think this is far from the wonderful city of Porto. Very good breakfast.
We stayed here just one night in a spacious suite that cost €95. The nicest hotel close to Porto's airport. We had a late Lunch in the restaurant and the food was good, reasonably priced, and ample. The queen bed was comfortable and the facilities appeared to be in excellent condition.
Had the best holiday ever. Hotel staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble for them. Hotel is clean and well presented. We stayed on the front on the 10th floor which had a lovely view of Maia. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Rooms were big and comfortable. Wi fi worked everywhere. I recommend this Hotel. Maia Zoo is nearby. Metro is three minutes away with ticket staff to help. Forum Maia to Porto was 3 euros.
Average 4 star hotel, pleasent staff, front desk and restaurant, good room, good bathroom. the bed matress was ok but the pillows were a bit hard, unfortunatly the portuguese hotel managers dont take the pillow issue seriosly. Nice breakfast. Not that close to the airport 5 km away.
