It my first time in Phukert and stay in this hotel resort i am very love it if i cime back to Phukert again i will stay again in this hotel. Everything was perfect from horel staff, amenities and everything else. It truly a five stars hotel resort. I will to this hotel to famuly and friend
You can't ask for much more than this resort offers. The staff are top notch, the grounds are impeccably attended to, the facilities are new and abundant, the rooms are spacious and modern, and the restaurants are outstanding. I didn't want to leave.
Beautiful hotel with astonishing amenities and an extremely polite staff that genuinely cares about your comfort and experience there. Highly recommended to all. Only downfall is that it's a bit ways away from Patong City so plan accordingly.
My adult son and I stayed at the Phuket JW Marriott Aug 5 - Aug 13, 2014. The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The staff was so kind and very service oriented. The fact that we were able to book outside excursions/activities and shuttles to Patong Beach and Phuket city was so convenient. The food in all of the on-site restaurants was fantastic. We also participated in the Thai cooking school - one of the best experiences ever and the food we cooked was absolutely delicious! We loved the fact the hotel was only 15 minutes from the airport and located in a more remote area of Phuket. All in all - highly recommend this hotel and Phuket for a relaxing, tropical vacation!
THIS IS SECOND TIME TO STAY TRHIS HOTEL. THE BERAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT COMPRED TO ANY OTHER HOTELS. BUT THE COST OF FOOD IN THE RESURANTS IN THE HOTEL ARE RATHER EXPENSIVE. THE BEACH IS ERODING BADLELY BY TIDE SO SOMEBODY SHOULD TAKE CARE OF THE BEACH ASAP.
The only bad experience was the Japanase restaurant which Advertised "Serf and Turf" special and I have never seen a lobster that small which when sagitally cut gave less than an ounce of lobster tail!! I got very ill that nite afterwards and left my meal in the toilet ! The pool area is magnificent for children and adults alike.
Was a great hotel even by high regional standards. Great service by the pool though rather expensive menu at one of their restaurants. The price points do not look right given the comparable at other similar establishments

The only slight cautions are that it's a bit away from Patong so if you want a wild night life or if you don't like children, this wonderful hotel might not be your cup of tea.
