The staff at the HGI was nice, but it could not mask the deterioration of the area around the hotel and the broken elevator and pool. HGI is doing its best in a challenging environment and we applaud them for that.

The staff was good. My issue is not with the people. I paid extra for a jetted tub which was dirty and stained and when i turned the jets on rusty brown water came out. Needless to say we didn't use it. But that wasn't the major issue. The room next to us was under construction and must've disturbed some cockroaches because i ended up killing 5 of them and that was my breaking point. If it hadn't have been late at night and the day before new year's eve, i would've demanded a refund and went and stayed somewhere else. Unbelievable this was a Hilton. I would've expected better from a motel 6.

It was a comfortable stay! Relaxing ! I asked for more towels & they were provided . I loved the dinning options. & the room size was amazing . I traveled w my child & he loved it
The lobby area was fine but rooms were dark and dreary. Missing curtains and beat up furniture. No wine in bar and limited food choices due to supply issues. The food we got was basically just deep fat fried and pricey.
Love the hotel went for the weekend with my family love the location
