Extremely overpriced for the room. Below average room for the money charged. Will NOT stay there again. Surrounding hotels were priced at less than half.
Staff was rude upon arrival. Was told to go away from the desk while the front desk attendant was on her earbuds. While waiting, another family came down to report the room they had received keys for, already had a family in it. They said the family they walked in on was also very upset. Then, when the she got to us, she told us their system was down and we would need to find an ATM and get cash. Seemed very odd all around.

We chose this place for the heated pool but it was closed.
The desk clerk lied about pricing. Insisted that HIS price would be the same as Orbitz. Of course, it was higher. Spa was closed. Housekeeping was not available.
The lobby staff was great. The cleaning people didn't even come after the first night so I came back to used towels, filled trash cans and unmade bed. Refrigerator door buzzed loudly all the time too
The location was great in Maggie Valley. They did not provide breakfast like advertised due to covid (but most hotels are still handing out grab n go options, so it was disappointing they did not). The balcony was nice. Room could’ve been cleaner but it did for a night.

This hotel has a good location in regards to be close to hiking trails, a reasonable number of services (though, if you want a larger variety of food options, you'll need to drive to Waynesville), and it was about what I expected for a mid-range chain hotel. I wasn't there long enough to use all the facilities, but the pool and hot tub looked good, they have some basic things for sale at the front desk (drinks and the like), the breakfast had a couple of hot options that aren't always available at other hotel's breakfast, and the gym had the basics. I loved the option of having a private balcony, though. The rocking chairs are a fantastic touch. All of the staff were super helpful and so beyond nice. I couldn't have asked for better in that regard. The only complaints that I had were that the bed was great for sitting if not for sleeping (harder than a rock) and the wifi wasn't fantastic. I had three devices I needed to connect and could only get one to do so. Beyond those two little things, I was entirely happy.

Hallways, carpet very dirty. Dingy. In .need of painting. Breakfast room is adequate
Loved view of creek, but had to go out and pick up trash off the bank. Table on balcony was filthy, never cleaned. Furniture in room was old and paint was peeling. Hot tub did not work. Pool was super small.
Awesome front desk staff. Rooms where clean and comfortable. A little dated but a great value.
Got to hotel. Clerk was sleeping at front desk. Went to room and roaches were on the floor we killed one of them at took a picture. And it smelled. Can not believe this was a ramada. We left and I called Orbitz to get a refund.
Pillow cases has staines, haie in bathtub, dirty sheets and room as well
Comfortable clean room. The bed and linens were wonderful. Breakfast included scrambled or hard boiled eggs, cereal hot or cold, pastries.. While small, the hot tub was hot and not full of children. The staff was helpful and friendly. The off season price was amazing.
Struggled to find a place on our way home that was affordable with good reviews! This is THE place!! Clean! Great room! Great pool! Great breakfast!! Close to the interstate!! Would recommend to friends, and will absolutely stay here again!!
