On the ground floor : - a kitchen - a living room with lounge and fireplace - a bedroom with a 160X200 bed - a bathroom - a separate toilet - laundry Upstairs : - two bedrooms each with two 90X190 beds - a bathroom with sink and WC Outside : - terrace with garden furniture and barbecue - garage - Wood is provided by the owner upon request. Here the soft mix of materials (wood, metal, fabric) and colors creates a harmonious whole where it is good to relax. A strong architectural element of the living room, its beautiful metal staircase associated with the old wooden furniture marks the success of the renovation between modernity and tradition of this house. This pleasant site overlooks a large meadow where your hosts' cows come to graze. Located in the immediate vicinity of the old railway line transformed into a greenway from Vitré to Mont Saint-Michel, this gîte is the starting point for several hikes including an 18 km loop which will tempt the most sporty!
