We booked a rome with access to the pool. The room is really big and nice decorated. The bathroom is amazing. They have a restaurant where they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. The nreakfast is buffett style and really complete. We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The hotel is near the river and just 5 minutes drive to the city center. There were two negative aspects. That evening there was a wedding being celebrated and the music was too loud until late and nobody informed us when booking the room directly at reception. The pool is not cleaned and it is full of dirtiness from the trees. The bathroom from our room needs urgently to be painted again.
We stayed 2 nights, very nice room, lots of electric sockets to charge everything, good shower, very clean, nice breakfast, good service, shuttle bus to town and back, nice pool! A good place to discover Pai but quiet.
We visited this place from New Year's eve for 2 nights. We are 2 family total 10 people. There was some communication issue, the reception said the bungalow we could take was far away from the garden yard and there were no room available other than that. However after we requested many times, there were some rooms just besides garden yard, which we took after all. Also, we were 5 of us and the bed was only 1 queen size bed so I requested for extra bed, they said there were no extra bed available because it's all taken. We requested again many times because there was no way we could fit. Then they provided extra bed after all. The manager was super nice apologizing the situation later however it was awkward situation at the beginning. Bungalow was quite simple, bath room wasn't impressive ( not so clean with loads of ants. ) , but it was ok because we just wanted to enjoy the place not the room. Garden was nice and stuff were generally very hospitable and kind. Only some staffs from reception and restaurant weren't looking happy and seems they don't want to serve the customer. Restaurant wasn't so impressive. The pasta tasted Knorr cube stock, other dishes also didn't taste great. Overall, it was nice stay with beautiful view, huge yard. If I go back there or not? Maybe not, but it was good experience.
This resort is not far from downtown Pai city (if you can call it that, more like Pai main street). There are shuttle bus that take/pick up from the main street. The resort is quiet and peaceful; I love the mountain view during breakfast time. The breakfast is not bad either, I like to have my morning coffee, read a bit, and enjoy the morning view till it's breakfast is over...which is at 10 am. The staff are friendly and very helpful. There are bicycle as well if you want to check out the local scene. Or you can walk to the bridge which is not far, just turn right when you exit the resort. Yes, I did enjoy my stay very much. But what I found was weird was that the fridge was in the bathroom, no big deal ;0)
We stayed here for our anniversary and we're excited about our stay. We got a poolside room, and everything was picture perfect at first. When you look a bit closer, the place is extremely dirty. Nothing gets wiped down and the shower/tub area were filled with hair and dirt. We even had a beer can, socks, and garbage left in the room from the previous people. We chose not to pay the extra cost for breakfast as we found an amazing breakfast place in town that we shuttled to each morning. (Good Life.. it has awesome food and great coffee!!) The free shuttle to and from town seem nice, but we scheduled pick up times twice on the hour as requested, and the shuttle didn't come the first time, and came 15 minutes late the second time. The manager's response to this was that it's free so you can't expect it to act as a private hire. AKA.. it's not reliable. Both pools were great to get in in the hot weather, and you can't beat the scenery surrounding it. To make this stay perfect I would suggest just paying the 100 baht a day to rent a moped and not deal with the shuttle or the staff much!
Is quite difficult to get into this resort if without any transport. But after you check-in to your designated room, I believe you won't want to leave. Is very nice decoration with small sitting sofa area. By the way there is 2 type of view of the room. Pool view or garden view. I definitely find this resort is value for money, only 1400 baht without breakfast. The only down side is the toilet, the bathtub area is not so clean. Maybe is only the room I booked? Not sure.
Check in on 25/5/2016! Booked thru their official website which was far more cheaper compare with agoda and booking.com! Booked a pool access room for 1750 bath per night with breakfast! Get a welcome drink upon check in!!! The room was so comfortable and nice! Clean! But down side was not much choice on the television channels! Most were thai channels! They also do provide DVD player but no disc for borrow!!! I think they should provide this facility to guests since some guests just want to stay in the room! The room itself already make me dont want to leave it! 2mins drive to walking street! Quiet neighborhood!!! Friendly and helpfull staff!!! With 1750 bath the price you get this kind of superb room any where! Sure i will be back in future when i visit pai!!!
We have been here twice in two years and have enjoyed our stay both times. It is a very well presented hotel and has a good breakfast selection. The rooms are large and clean and there is a choice of bungalo or normal rooms. We have stayed in both and the Bungalo is more romantic but overall the quality of the rooms are equal. it is also close to the city centre.
So we were lucky to be upgraded to a cottage which made our stay that extra bit special. The cottages are great with a shower that has an outdoor effect with a glass border. The wildlife sounds are unreal.... Gives you a feel of staying outdoors but with comfortable furnishings. The breakfast was very nice too! It was probably the coldest place in the mornings whilst staying in Thailand... As there is little close by other than fields the cold fresh air really can take your breathe away! 15 minute walk from the main stretch. I would highly recommend hiring a moped if staying in Pai! You can see all of the island in one day... We did, including getting lost on the rainforest for over an hour :)
I stayed 2 nights, and I have now moved to another hotel. The staff are very nice, the rooms ok. No water pressure is my main problem with this hotel, it was hard to get a shower. On the website it says its position is in town centre, it is 20 minutes walk out of town! Sorry but this hotel didn't tick the boxes
