Whenever we go to Madrid we stay at this excellent hotel. It is always immaculately clean. There seems to be quite a high turnover of staff but they are always pleasant and helpful, evidence of good training. But breakfast is not so good (better at the hotel across the road).

We had dinner here and ordered a pizza and after 30mins the pizza never came . We decided to walk away. A 4 Star hotel doesn’t even have a simple menu in English.poor service and will never ever come back !

The room size was small Location In the suburbs Bed is hard. It is a full, not a queen Air conditioning would not cool the room down. Bathroom was small Parking available onsite, but free neighborhood parking is available. Breakfast was good and fairly priced

It's only about 15 minutes drive from the airport so one can get into one's room quickly after a flight. The rooms are well laid out, clean and spacious. I had a meal in their restaurant which was good if unpretentious. The only negative point I'd make is that breakfast starts at 7:30 which, for the business traveler, is a bit late. They do have good coffee available near reception for early risers like I was however.

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel for a work related trip. The room allocated was on the 4th floor. Very comfortable room. Clean and spacious. Walls a bit thin and can hear neighbours ( I won't tell you what noises woke me up in the middle of the night, you can guess i'm sure ). The hotel is close enough to a metro station so easy enough to get into centre as there really isn't much in the immediate area. Not wanting to venture out too far alone I opted to eat in the hotel. Not loads of choice but the food was well presented and tasty and reasonable price for a hotel restaurant. Plenty of car parking nearby in the street and at hotel. I have stayed in Zenit hotels before and they are always clean, comfortable and adecuate for my travel needs. Will use the hotel again.

A rather modern hotel with a metro station a 4 minute walk away. It is rather a number of metro station stops away from the downtown (the opera square station). The room was rather clean with a sufficient amount of space. However; firstly, the bathroom consisted of a semi-opaque sliding door and a glass shower door which is limiting when traveling with acquaintances. Additionally, the sound insulation was horrible not only across the room but also along the corridor. Lastly, a free bottle of water would be a fair addition. Would not visit again but it was sufficient for an overnight stay.

Even we ordered a king size bed room specifically, they gave us two single beds room instead. It was comfortable, BUT, because of rhythmic movement, mattresses were moving away and we could fall to the abyss. Finally it didn't happen. Despite of beds, room was quiet, clean, nice and warm, but the door had been forced. They told us that the card didn't work and they needed to unlock it in a rush, but we prefer to think that they were trying to rescue a guest who was performing a David Carradine moment and things get out hands. Anyway we enjoyed our stay a lot!

I visited Madrid for the IFEMA 2016 and because I did not reserve hotel early there were not many options so I ended up in this hotel. The hotel has contemporary design and located in a rather urban area of Madrid at a distance from the city center. Clean rooms and breakfast with a lot of options. All in all a good proposal if you find a good price for a room.

Clean, comfortable and great value. Staff speak excellent English but appreciate an effort in Spanish! Easy to get to the airport and Metro. Perfect hotel for a weekend in Madrid without costing the earth.

This was a last resort because the regular ones we use were all full due to some fair. Prices were quite expensive as well (due to the fair). The good: Rooms are clean, ac works, was able to open a window which is for sure a plus. Bed was confortable. The neughbourhood is quiet an the metro station Esperanza is 5 minutes walk. The worse: You can notice some wear on the rooms, scratches on angles of walls, attached picture shows the washbasin in the bathroom. There is no free water in the room, the mini bar was almost empty. Its marketed as a 4 star hotel. I would give it 3 stars.
