This hotel is near theairport with a convenient shuttle. Great for early am flights

TV was not working and very old. The remote wasn't working. I had to manually change channels

Very close to the airport, free shuttle (call the hotel upon landing if you arrive after midnight), room is comfy and very silent, only 15 min shuttle ride from terminals 1 and 2

This hotel is clean, basic, comfortable and affordable. For someone who needs to be very early at Barajas airport is cheaper than other fancier options and still good... even if the "fitting room" needs an urgen upgrade.

Very nice Hotel. I only stayed for one night to catch a connecting flight

I just needed a place to spend a layover on the way home from a vacation trip. The shuttle was waiting at the airport when I arrived, the room was clean, comfortable and quiet, room service timely and good as was breakfast in the AM. Return shuttle worked well too. Just what I needed and wanted.

Friendly staff and great place to stay. I highly recommend it

We had stayed at another Tryp Hotel near by and thought this hotel would be the same. When we checked in we sighed up for buffet breakfast for two days. After the first breakfast I decided not to eat there the second day because the dinning what I thought it should be. Upon check out I was told that I had to pay for the unused breakfast. I would recommend that if you stay at this Hotel only pay as you go. They don't offer any discount in dinning for advance dinning request.

It is hard to beat the convenience. In the village of Barajas, it is a quick ride to or from the airport by free shuttle. It is a short walk to the metro for a quick ride into town. Some nice bars and cafes nearby if the town is too far as well as a restaurant in the hotel. Rooms are lovely and typically Spanish modern.

The hotel is located in the village of Barajas between the T1-2-3 and T4 of the Madrid airport. The free shuttle service to the airport make going or coming very easy after a long flight. Since it is in the village, there are bars, cafes, banks, and the Barajas metro stop within walking distance. This means it is very easy to go into downtown Madrid in the afternoon for tapas without paying the airport surcharge for the metro. The hotel is clean and modern with big beds and modern bathrooms. WiFi is free and you can get an ethernet cable if the signal is weak in your room. The neighborhood is quiet at night and the air conditioning works well even when it is 99 degress outside.

Grerat value. Excellent for transit and arriving late. The shuttle picked us in 15 min. without calling the hotel.

Very convenient bu to airport, excellent service. Hotel employees very efficient and helpful

Room was nice, but the wi-fi was not free, 4 euros an hour.

Very cost effective - nice rooms especially for the price. The only complaint is that the complimentary coffee was cold.

Hotel was modern, clean and quiet. Breakfast was above average and service was good.
