Noise because of construction and also cleaning lady banging everything when she is cleaning other rooms and other guests not considerate

Very good location, close to all the places you want to see if this is your first there. The hotel is undergoing a major remodeling. You need ask them to have a room in the low noisy wing if you cannot stand the construction work.

Was only here for a day. Seemed like a great location.

I stayed at Regina hotel for two nights. The room was nice and clean although small, but that's the standard room in Europe. The staff was friendly and internet access was very good. There was a lot of construction around the hotel, so that was a downside. However, overall was a really nice hotel and stay.

The vacation was a hit. The hotel was excellent, it was a great location to all the activities. Food and people were great. Wonderful experience.

The hotel Regina did not meet our expectations. While the room was clean we could hear people peeing and pipes squeaking all thru the night. This hotel claims to be soundproof but it is clearly not!

Always a pleasure staying at the Regina. Enjoying the room and friendly staff

Excellent! Their asset the location and cleanliness!

It was a great value for the money and perfect location to walk to everything. The hotel was quite nice, the rooms spacious and very nice bathroom. Not a great mattress. The AC made noises clicking on and off which was annoying but at least it was cool. Hotel was doing construction so it was very loud during the day, but we weren't there much. I'd stay again.

Hotel met my expectations, room was clean and staff was friendly. There was restaurants and stores around the area so you have a lot of options. It's also close to the metro station and the city tour buses and plaza.

Is a good hotel the only problem we had was with the AC for 2 days,,

The hotel has a really good location. Is near to the Puerta del Sol and the Plaza Mayor, there is a Metro Station, so you can go everywhere from there. The room is really good, but the door of the bathroom is a glass door, so if you are with a friend is a little bit weird.

Very clean and the location amazing...staff very nice and helpful specially in the cafeteria but they are under construction and during the day you cant sleep because of the noise till 8pm... i will recommend it after they finish the construction.

Great location right by Sevilla Metro station, & just a few minutes walk to Sol or Gran Via. Nice modern room, excellent shower. The hotel's restaurant does a good job too...nice food

We were looking for an awesome time without the kids. We ended up not being able to sleep because the AC barely worked and the front desk just told us that no one complained before. The refrigerator was not cold. We were hot and sweaty and miserable.

This was the perfect location to see all the major sites in Madrid. We got one of the older family rooms (2 adults, 2 children) other parts of the hotel seem to have been updated. This room faced the street which was quite noisy all night long.

My partner and I had spend the second part of our trip in Spain in Madrid. This hotel was in our budget and centrally located. We saw it also got pretty good reviews so we took a chance. We had an updated room with a balcony. It was small but it was fine. The only problems we had were that it was very noisy at night from the city streets and people in the hallways.

The hotel newly renovated, clean and close to sun plaza and subway station, very easy to get around some main museum shopping and restaurant .

Very warm Spanish welcome at this property. Basic hotel but clean and amazing value for money, I had a room on a higher floor with a great view over Alcalá. Some nice Spanish bars over the road and it's a 5 minute walk to Plaza del Sol. I will definitely stay again in Madrid

I didn't stay in the hotel much because it's location was perfect! It accomated for everything I needed from food around the clock to free wifi. My husband need a wheelchair due to travel fatigue and the hotel delivered. Very comfortable with nice staff.
