It was a nice pleasure to stay in that hotel for two nights, I was satisfied with all the services the hotel provided to me. The room was enough for me and I could sleep well for the business conference in Madrid

Was excellent service the reception, the room, the attended, everything was excellent the answer all are necessary, we will recommend. Also the agency with we travel is excellent service, really good, we will come back.

The atmosphere of the hotel makes it perfect for a business trip. However the WiFi is not secure, which forced me to use mobile network connection instead. The room had a huge and very comfortable bed.

Rooms are amazing, staff are super helpful! Even kind enough to gibe spanish lessons to those not gifted in such things..Close enough to the metro (5 min walk) that travel around the city is a breeze.

If you find yourself in Madrid for business or pleasure, this hotel rises well above its rivals in terms of comfort, cleanliness and value. Breakfast was excellent, location was easy to get too and from. It wasn't in the busy and congested parts of town but was a short cab ride to the action. I will stay here again without a doubt.

Nice hotel, good location, excellent breakfast, good restaurant, friendly stuff, clean rooms, over all a hotel that I have not known before but can recommend staying there. Also some nice restaurants close by.

The hotel is ok but far away from the Centro and the Congress center. If you have business to do around it's ok but if you want to visit Madrid it is not the place. The room was correct and clean, the breakfast was ok but the restaurant looks like a cafeteria. Don't think that you could have a romantic dinner, the restaurant is almost located in the reception. My husband left me 2 very important messages and I never had them. We asked why and Mr Victor (who took the 2 messages) said that he couldn't reach me; I was there all the time because it was 40 Celsius outside. There no place to relax outside and inside. It is more a 3 stars with that kind of service.

We stayed in this hotel and we're regretting till date. Our total money and passports got stolen from restaurant area which is supposed to be a safe place. Above all the whole incident looks to be staged by the hotel staff, as they did not cooperate at any stage. They did not even showed us the camera footage. Nor did they help in calling the police. NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL.

The ladies at the reception were unfriendly and incompetent. Breakfasts were served late and as I was attending a conference I couldnt take advantage of them (even if sometimes they were prepared earlier).

Nice modern hotel, half hour by metro/subway from downtown, only minus/stain being not having heat at the end of april/begining of may, with ouside night temperature below 10 Celsius, reason told by receptionist: a couple day ago it was 30 degrees (Celsius). OK, but now it’s pretty cold and I didn’t pay for a cold room unless it’s an icy hotel… Very tricky lobby espresso machine also… Madrid is a very nice city to visit. Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Santa Maria la Real de la Almudena Cathedral and Royal Real Palace, Lepanto garden, Plaza de Oriente, Teatro Real/Opera House, liked the pedestrian only streets/alleys from city center/downtown. Fuente de Cibeles, Paseo del Prado, Prado Museum, El Retiro park, Puerta de Alcala. Plaza de Toros (watched evening news with bulls being stabbed 5 times and so cruelly killed; don’t tell me it’s a Spanish tradition, it’s just a huge animal cruelty), Plaza de Espana with Cervantes, Don Quixote and Sancho Panza statues, Debod temple, Oeste park. Nice city for shopping too: La Vaguada mall, Mango, Massimo Dutti, Zara. Impressive public transport network: a dozen metro/subway lines and many bus lines, very clean, safe, reliable and also connecting the capital to Barajas Airport.
