Pleasant check in and helpful English skills to compensate for my poor Spanish. Rooms a little tired, with carpet stains, cracked tiles in bathroom, broken bed slats so an unusual nights sleep ending up in a dip ! Breakfast busy but a little pricey at E16

The service here is very good - particular reception and dining staff. Room was large and comfortable. Wide range of options for breakfast with a good atmosphere. The only thing that was disappointing was the lack of a working hair dryer in my room (essential on business!) which meant I had to end up going up a floor and into a different room to use a working hair dryer. Not ideal! But apart from that, a very good stay.

We stayed 4 nights recently 2 Adults & 2 Children and were very happy with our choice. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the metro and 1 minute walk from the bus stop. The area is more for business with little to do or see in the evenings. The staff are very friendly and were very welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, breakfast was exceptional with a great choice on offer. Perfect for a short trip to Madrid without paying city centre prices.

The hotel is well located, has friendly staff and offers a great breakfast. The rooms are a bit small and airless and as you cannot open the windows you either put on the noisy Aircon or put up with the stuffiness of the air. The beds are comfortable, the shower is fantastic and the complimentary toiletries are good quality. I would stay here again for the location of the hotel, close to the M30, city centre and Airport.

claen, confortable, and very professional staff. Good breakfast. Well equiped rooms and good hotel facilities. Easy public transportation with bus nº 53 taking yoy to sol, downtown Madrid city en 30 minutes

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel in October. 2 adults and 2 children, booked through booking . Com so got a good price and included breakfast. Check in was friendly and efficient. Rooms were a good size and plenty of space for clothes suitcases etc Mini toiletries included and there is a small fridge with a few drinks/crisps in. This costs 3.50 euros each though Beds weren't that comfy and a little creaky but the room itself was quiet and peaceful. Short walk to a few restaurants as you turn left then right at chin chin. We found a nice Italian. 10 min walk to either metro stops on line 7 so easy for getting into the city centre. The metro is very easy to use. Helpful hotel staff will guide you through public transport if you just ask. A very busy hotel with business and leisure people always checking in. Breakfast was lovely (no full English) plenty of choice still. The pool had closed but the sun terrace was still open to enjoy the sunshine. For the kids .... small play area, slush machine and even an ice cream stand.

Friendly staff, good location and very clean room. Location good with bus stop 2 minutes away and takes around 25mins into central Madrid. Short walk from hotel to a small area with a supermarket, Burger King and some small bar/restaurants. Internet connection is free and fast so top marks.

I was in the hotel for a seminar/meeting. the service from the meetings team was great! the rooms are sometimes very basic. this time i had a room on the 1st floor (128 if i remember well). the room was quite and well insulated for noise, although the bed was not that good (i rolled towards the sides or really in the middle). Bathroom: only shampoo & shower gel, although other novotels will offer you as well conditioner & body lotion. Breakfast: good breakfast; all what you can expect: nice fruit juices by the way! also good jamon and spanish cheese. we had dinner a few times in the hotel: every time it were nice dishes and very good quality of the food & wine.

Best thing in this hotel is breakfast: lots of choices, fresh juice - was surprised! Good location, close to bus station but not in the center. Good business hotel if you travel alone. But we booked one room for two, and all rooms are with one big bed and couch. so it is confortable only or one person or for couples. Rooms are very clean. Always smiling employees :)

Stayed for 7 nights. Lovely and clean and staff very friendly. Towels changed every day. Complimentary mini bar. Lovely swimming pool. Only downside was that the pool closed after the 2nd day. End of season. Weather was very hot so it was a shame the pool couldn't be used. Highly recommended.
