We have stayed in this hotel for 2 days. The hotel is very far from the city centre and there isn't any place to go for eating or shopping. The hotel is pricey for almost anything though the return of value isn't anywhere you'd expect. The car park was simply terrible. A big car doesn't fit when you turn. The staff was weird as well. We waited 15 minutes to check in. The room was clean as expected but one of the beds was terribly uncomfortable. The hotel advertises its pool but it is not usable even if it is 29 degrees. We were told that they would open it only in June.

Was booked in here by the company as working for a few days here. Took about 15 mins from the airport and cost was€30. There are a few restraunts in walking distance. The hotel does need a refurb as somewhat scruffy. The carpets in the room are stained. The TV is pretty useless as the reception is dreadful. The quality of the breakfast was very average with tables not been cleared and stuff running out. Not one easily recommended.

Very comfortable and pleasant hotel. service was exceptional, food and drinks very good and reasonably priced. A little way of of Madrid centre, but easy (taxi) access to the airport. Bus stop about 100m away and frequent service to centre (bus all the way or bus and metro). I would definately stay in this hotel again.

This is a great hotel to stay at for any purposes, for business, friends, and even family. The staff is really nice and welcoming. There is a whole section for children which is also really nice if you travel with family. The breakfast is really good, I really have no complaints. The price is good and the service is awesome I totally recommend staying here, not only in this one but in any you find anywhere in Europe. Thanks for everything Novotel!

My usual stop in Madrid .. no bad surprises. Good level of services and adequate to business needs and also to families. It's not central, therefore plan to move via taxi or metro. Breakfast offers quite a wide range of products. Reception is very nice and attentive.

This hotel is in between the airport and downtown. Metro station was about 10 minute walk and the bus station was just 3 minutes. We stayed there 4 nights and used metro and buses only. Did not need taxi. It is in the residential area so it is quiet but not much to do around the hotel. A super market was a few blocks away and open till 10 pm. Did not have any problems walking around the area at nights. Room was always clean and it was spacious enough with a small couch and a table. Everyone was courteous. Especially eveyone of the staff at the breakfast restaurant was super nice. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Did not have time to try their restaurants for lunch or dinner. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

We stayed in this hotel beginning of April. It is situated around 10 minutes walking distance from a metro station and it takes around 20-30 minutes to get to the centre of Madrid. The hotel itself is situated next to a highway, yet there are no sounds coming inside the hotel e.g. during the night. This hotel seems to be a hot spot for any organised tourist groups, as during our stay we did see a lot of them. Also, this hotel has a children friendly policy (children stay for free) therefore there are a lot of kids in the premises. As far as our room goes, it was an Executive one, yet it did not feel exactly as one. For sure rooms could be refurnished and redecorated. We took breakfasts with the hotel, yet we did regret that. The quality and quantity is not as good as in other Novotel hotels. I recommend that you rather save the money and eat outside. As for the hotel bar, it was OK and the prices were also reasonable. Overall it is an average quality hotel, which is family friendly. If you travel in couples, you will be better off in a different one.

The hotel is located in the business district of Madrid and is relatively far from the tourist attractions in the City Center. To get to the City Center you either have to take a bus from the nearby stop or taxi. The metro is not really a good option since the closest stop is a good 10-15 minutes walk away. Whichever option you choose, it takes a good 20-30 minutes to reach the City Center. So it is more suited to business travelers than tourists. The hotel itself is pretty modern and functional. Rooms are spacious and the entire ground floor is dedicated to a large kids play area and the restaurants and lounge bar. The hotel also has an outdoor pool. Unfortunately being unheated, it is only open in the summer months. The restaurant also offers poolside seating. The hotel is located at an elevation and offers good views over the surroundings. A park located near the hotel is great for evening walks and provides a touch of greenery. Service is good and they offer a champagne on arrival which is great if you want to celebrate something. Prices are a bit more affordable than the City Center hotels. So it is an affordable option for budget conscious travelers. Overall it is a great option for business travelers, families and budget conscious tourists who do not mind the commute.

This is a typical Novotel. The staff are friendly and effiecient. The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and the showers are excellent. I ate in the bar during the evening and both the food and the Spanish beer were delicious. The hotel offers a shuttle to the surrounding businesses some of which can also be reached on foot in 15 / 20 minutes or so.

Duration of the stay ? Stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days Why? Well this hotel is half way between the Madrid airport and city center, making it an ideal location to stay. Also, they allowed 3 people to stay in the room.. which was amazing saving me a cost of another room! :) What was nice here ? Well the breakfast, amenities like free shuttle service to nearby places, Kinect play consoles to name a few was nice. The location of the hotel itself is picturesque where it is on top an elevated land. The view from the room was amazing and nice! You can also get an easy connection to the city center in Sevilla or Sol. It's a direct bus - 53 which is at the hotel. So that was convenient. What wasn't nice ? :( - The rooms are too small for 3 people! - The swimming pool was hell dirty! - Too small checkin staff for large groups who keep checking in 24 x 7 - Priority check in desk was always empty! :( Don't know what priority it was Would I suggest to Stay here? Well if price is a concern and location is also a concern, yes you can stay here.
