Very convinient location, walking distance to all major atractions. Clean and well organized room. Breakfast is good also. Near by Sevilla metro station, in case you need. Also close to airport shuttle service.

Great and central location of the Hotel, Close to the historic Center Very nice and helpful personnel at the reception, nice room good breakfast with considerable selection, but the service personnel is not very mindful and attentive

What a cool boutique hotel in the heart of Madrid! Close to metro stops, shops and with the help of a friendly free guide a short stroll to plaza opera for the feel the city walking tour. The staff were super friendly and helpful with excellent English. There are free bikes to use and the breakfast area has lovely food and a charming view. For those that prefer eating dinner around 6pm there is TGI Fridays across the road and VIPS next door. Supermarket and Starbucks also across the road. Rooms lovely and cool in the hot summer. Only trick is working out the tiny (I mean really tiny) lifts/elevators. Thanks Jorge for making our stay great and all the other staff!!!!

While this hotel was ok, this is no where near any European 4-star establishment I've ever stayed in. Our room was exceptionally tiny with 1/3 of the room space being completely useless (sitting area with one chair, one tiny table, staring at a blank wall). There was no in-room coffee/tea/kettle provided. Guests might enjoy a quiet cup of tea/coffee in the room in the morning or evening without having to go downstairs. Details below, but in summary, nice AC, good location, but will likely look for a different place with better amenities and nicer (more useful) room layouts. High Points: we were happy with the nice, cold air conditioning which stayed on even while we were away. It was exceedingly hot in Madrid during our stay, with temps getting to 39C. Was nice to be greeting with a cold room when we got back. Thank you for that. The shower was nice as well, though we could have done without the mold/mildew in the tub. The staff was very friendly and greeted us morning, noon, and night. Very reliable service arranging for our taxi to the airport as well. The location was very nice, being practically walking distance to the main attractions. The Ok Points: breakfast was ok, and nice to have a Nespresso machine for the coffee/espressos. The selection of food left much to be desired. Very cheap mini hot dogs, watered down baked beans, and not very good powdered eggs made up the hot selection. The cold meats were ok, and the breads were nice. At least happy you had real boiled eggs, albeit a cold selection. Would have been nice to have some take away cups for coffee. The Low Points: what is with the shampoo here? We could not get it to lather up at all, and felt like we had a dirty head of hair the entire trip. First time seeing a safe accessed by credit card before. What happens if the card I used to lock it got stolen or demagnetized? And a "courtyard view"? Really? It was a window looking in an alley about the size of an elevator shaft...that is if you don't count the next room's window right next to your own. That is not a view that should be marketed at all.

The hotel is very well located in the centre of Madrid, metro Sevilla is just 30 seconds from the hotel! The rooms are what you expect for this range of hotel, and we can also appreciate the free coffee and water at the reception. But the thing I didn't appreciate is that we experienced a water leak in the room, and we asked to change a room but there were none available. They asked the plumber to come the day after to fix the problem but we didn't get any compensation for the inconvenience such as free breakfast for example. We asked for it but they refuse our demand. You would expect more consideration in that kind of "petit palace hotel" so it was a bad experience.

Great hotel in great location. Walking distance to most important places in the city. No luxury but the staff make the place great. Magdalena who runs the breakfast area made us feel like family. Hope she is there on my next trip. Great breakfast by the way. Everyone at the reception desk was also friendly an accommodating. I would definitely would stay in this particular hotel again. It is a chain hotel all over Madrid

This hotel is our home from home. Yet another great experience at this hotel. Staff are so kind here nothing too much trouble. Food is plentiful at Breakfast for all no matter what your taste is. Rooms clean and comfortable, shower amazing. Will definitely return for another great holiday.

Hotel is very clean with well appointed rooms & power showers. The breakfasts offer plenty of choice in a modern dining room. The staff are friendly especially Rodrigo who assisted us with the guidance in using adjoining Sevilla Metro station, and connections by bus/metro to tourist attractions & airport. Madrid is a beautiful city with plenty to see & do. Hotel is very central to enjoy the city in full. Would certainly return to this hotel for future visits to Madrid.

We spent 3 nights at the hotel. It was very good. Allthough the room was very small. Service is very friendly. Breakfast is wonderful - very different dishes, very fresh. And good coffee! We would like to return.

Great location near the gran via and near the metro station sevilla, nice and clean rooms, very good breakfast. The staff are very kind. they help us any time we needed. All the staff were Useful especially Natalia and Paco. Very recommended.
