I'm really satisfied with this hotel. Subway station is very close and front staffs are really kind and nice. Room is very clean and breakfast is also good~! If I will visit Madrid again, I will choose this hotel again.
I stayed with my partner in this hotel for 3 nights. Centrical position, small hotel. Disappointed with how small the room was after seeing the photos on the web page. Felt very clostrophobic as it was so small and dark. Bathroom was a nice size. Breakfast was very good in a nice light room. Reception staff extremely helpful and friendly.
Just loved our stay at this place....it’s centrally located but moreover its staff is just so helpful...always ready to help specially Mr. Paco the manager.....he helped us a lot and made our stay enjoyable 😇
I and my sister just came back from our trip in Madrid last night. We stayed at the hotel 3 nights. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. Rooms were tidy and clean, all creds for the householding. Free wifi. Near everything so you can reach popular destinations within walk distance. Breakfest was nice with a nice view. The bed was very comfortable. Free use of the safe in the room which was nice. Roomservice available. Dont have anything negative to say. We would definitely stay at this hotel again..:)
Very good located in downtown Madrid. Close to Sol. Room is so little. Need a coffee room. Staff is so kindly. And buffet has best variety Ive never seen in other hotels. Rooms in first floor inst a good idea. In general words needs a deeply reestructuration
Very good place in the center of Madrid. Close to everything. Staff very friendly and cooperative. Breakfast is excellent. We were able to visit many places nearby, like plaza mayor, puerta de toledo, plaza del callao, royal palace of Madrid, el parque regional. I suggest this place to all.
My wife and I stayed at the Petit Palace for one night in early September 2017. When we arrived in our room, we found it to be unbearably warm. We turned on the air conditioner and waited, but it did not give us any cool air. We were headed out for the evening, so we let the front desk know. He told us he would check on it shortly and leave a portable air conditioner / fan if he couldn't get it working as a temporary solve until maintenance was back in the morning. When we arrived back later that night, the air conditioner was still not on and there was no fan / portable AC left in our room. What's more we discovered that our room door was not locking, so our possessions could have been stolen while we were away. After quite awhile talking with the front desk, we were offered a smaller room for the night, which we had no choice but to take. I asked that we receive a credit / comp night for them not having a suitable room at the level we paid for. The night desk manager was unable to help with that and told us our room was non-refundable. I would understand this response, had they actually given me what I had paid for. I ended up having to call my credit card company (who I'd booked the room through) so that they could dispute the situation for me. Finally they arranged for a check out the next morning and a refund for the remaining planned nights of our stay. Ana, the hotel manager, was kind the next morning but we found it to be too little too late. We will not be staying at any Petite Palace again after this experience.
Very comfy bed and bathroom! Nicely decorated room. There was a safe in the room that could be locked with the roomcard but we were not able to get it functioning. We didn't bother to ask help from hotel staff though.
The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. It is within walking distance of everything. Very easy to get around and the staff helps you with everything you need. I recommend it. We took the train from Malaga to Madrid and it was a short taxi ride from the train station and then the whole city is very easy to get around. I recommend going to Toledo while you are visiting Madrid.
Couldn't have hoped for a better hotel in the centre of Madrid with very helpful and cordial staff going out of their way to accommodate and explain especially to non-Spanish speaking guests. I would revisit anytime. Location is just a few metres away from Seville Metro.
