This charming 50m² apartment is modernly decorated and ideally located in one of the most exclusive and beautiful areas of Madrid.

The living room features a comfortable double sofa bed perfect for relaxing, smart TV and a dining table with high chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and much more. There is also a washing machine.

The first bedroom has a cozy double bed and closet, while the second bedroom includes a comfortable twin bed that converts into a double bed. All beds are equipped with linens.

The bathroom is equipped with everything needed to freshen up, including towels and toiletries. Please note that the space is small, so it is worth taking into account.

To top it off, the space is professionally cleaned to ensure your comfort and satisfaction.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Being centrally located in the Salamanca neighbourhood, it has plenty of access to the most exclusive restaurants, shops and bars in the city. The property is also very close to the Wizink Center (formerly Movistar Arena) making it easily accessible for concert-goers. Within walking distance are attractions such as the Retiro Park, the Puerta de Alcalá and the Calle de Alcalá that runs through the city. In addition, guests can enjoy delicious dining options in luxurious restaurants in the area, as well as being just steps away from the Corte Ingles de Goya for those with an interest in shopping. Thanks to its convenient location and proximity to popular attractions, this establishment is an ideal choice for travellers looking to experience and explore all that Madrid has to offer.

It is conveniently located within walking distance of two metro stations, Goya (4 minutes walk) and O'Donnell (5 minutes walk). This central location provides easy access to public transportation, making it a convenient choice for travellers looking to explore the city.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
