We look forward to welcoming you!.It is a quiet apartment, practical and functional of 25 m2 for 3 people, in an unbeatable location with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and does not have a lift.It is distributed on two levels, on the lower level there is the bathroom, the kitchen and the living room and going up some fun stairs you access the bedroom.The entire accommodation has air conditioning with cold/heat split.The bedroom has a double bed of 1.35 cm dressed with its bedding, space to store your belongings and television.In addition, in the living room you will find a comfortable sofa bed for two people.You have a modern and spacious bathroom with shower, shower gel and hairdryer. We have installed electric hand dryer for comfort and hygiene instead of hand towel.We provide one bath towel per guest which can be found on the bed.The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; make responsible use for its proper functioning.The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 3 people and other usual utensils.
