This hotel is centrally located and satisfied all my requirements. The room was clean and had Tv, mini bar, safe and comfortable beds and pillows. The reception bar and restaurant are small to medium. In the room fee a free bar drink was include and the Mojito was good. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of foods for all tastes. I would recommend and use again.
Here for business; good location, clean, spacious bedroom, fast Wi-Fi, helpful bi-lingual staff, close to metro. Room service and breakfast buffet good. Nice common areas, not the newest, but really reliable. Absolutely no complaints !
Nice hotel, well situated for working on the North or North East of Madrid. I’ve been staying on & off since it opened and the hotel is nice and the staff friendly and efficient but it is starting to look old and faded compared to the competition in the area. They gave me a twin bed, but it was late when I arrived and I couldn't be bothered to go down and ask for a double. Note to hotel: When we are travelling we want the double bed like we have at home! You have too many twin bed rooms,
I really liked this hotel. The location was great and the downstairs common areas were fantastic. Great area for a drink or cup of tea and people watch. My room was lovely and the bed was fantastic. I couldn't get the airconditioner to work, but that's my fault for not asking for help. The staff were friendly and breakfast was great. Would definitely consider staying again.
Very spacious rooms. Extremely comfortable. Easy location in a great area close to everything worth seeing. Outstanding bar and restaurant food and service. The staff on general is very accommodating.
I stayed here one night for business. The hotel itself is adequate enough, clean with all the requirements of a business hotel. Breakfast is not included, but they do provide a 'free' mojito at the bar. The only gripe is that my room overlooked a busy road. With all the noise and police sirens that marks a disturbed night's sleep. They were fully booked at the time and couldn't move me elsewhere.
very nice and well located hotel. a 30 metes walk from cartagena metro station. the breakfast buffet is the best of the best. very nice attention all around. the rooms are big and comfortable. the air conditioning in the summer is not very good.
Good hotel. Not new but modern, well located not far from the subway, easy access to the new part of Madrid. It is not in the old town center but it is convenient for the business and the IFEMA fairgrounds (20 min. with 2 lines) . Although on a heavy traffic road a quiet sleep (10 floor) Spacious room and bathroom (tub) and very good sleep. Wi-Fi ok. A good and varied breakfast and smiling and helpful staff who speaks perfectly many languages.
Had the opportunity to stay at this facility for a few days and was not disappointed. Had a room that was facing the main street and at times it was a bit noisy. The rooms are very nice and roomy. The location is very close to stores and restaurants. The staff here was very friendly, cordial and helpful. The restaurant provides some very good food and the staff is very accommodating.
The hotel is situated a little way from the centre of this interesting city so away from the noise. Our room 302 was absolutely lovely with such a comfortable bed and wonderful pillows. The dining room is large enough to accommodate the n7mber of guests( 12 floors), althoughis does get crowded. Breakfast was delicious with a huge variety to suit every need. Evening meal was also really good although sweets are “different” but our guide did say pudd8ng in Spain are unusual.
