Staff very nice! Stores nearby! Overall it was clean and a nice room. And friendly staff. I would like to stay again! Breakfast was also nice!

Room was not cleaned well. Was supposed to have a sofa bed. It was just a sofa. But had a recliner so all was fine.

other than the not so clean bathroom our stay was good

I needed to find a clean hotel. This hotel fit the bill. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and filling. It was a busy weekend when I went, but they took good care of me. When I called the hotel directly they were sold out becauses of the season and home tour that was going on. Went online and found that there were available rooms at really good rates. Will use again and again. Hotel needs to be updated some, but otherwise it was a good, clean, comfortable place to stay.

we booked a room with a jacuzzi,it was broken.the shower gel dispenser was empty, the shampoo dispenser was empty, there were no glasses what so ever in our room and to top it off there was no regular coffee in the morning. But we did have to empty the old coffee from the last visitors before we made our coffee .it was a bad stay .

The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Recomend booking directly and not online

Wonderful hotel! Staff however, appeared some what dis-interested of my bussiness. As in,not friendly, they can do with or without my bussiness.

Staff was veery helpful. Carpet was stained with cigarette burns Had a shower, not a tub.

The location was great, but we stood there for a while before finally being helped to check in. We got to the room and there was a small stain on the pillow case and there were a couple hairs in the bed that were not from us. Also, the toilet was stuffed up before we even used it. The breakfast was okay, but nothing to brag about. When we went to check out, again everyone was in the back and finally someone came up after a few minutes. Overall, I was not satisfied with our stay.

good place to stay friendly staff would recommed it.

1. Sunday morning staff behind check in/out counter never showed any kind of hospitality or welcoming attitude. Not even a faint smile. 2. Towels in room are grey in color and are frayed (really bad). 3. Friendly housekeeping staff. 4. Old pillows, thinned out pillow cases, dirty box springs mattress. 5.

Room was ready even though we got there a little early. Inncredible breakfast was very good. Room was very clean. Great Stay!

This hotel is in a good location for easy access to all of the various attractions but isn't in the middle of any of them. It is however on a main thorougfare that has some chain restaurants within easy distance, a mall and a Wal-Mart are close by as well. They have a great breakfast bar and the food actually tastes pretty good. We stayed in the King Jacuzzi room expecting it to be kinda cheesey but it was really very nice. There was a big open field behind us so we were able to leave the curtains and window open much of the time. The only negative - we were next to the lobby and it got pretty loud. My husband was ready to tear out the waffle machine that kept beeping all morning. Also we heard the people in the room above us quite a bit. They weren't particularly obnoxious or loud, there just isn't much soundproofing in the building as a whole.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull, but over all there were things that need to be taken care of. First our door flip lock at the top of the door was broken. The remote for the TV did not work. We asked for bateries and the desk only had one the first evening we were there. This was corrected the next day by afternoon. The room was very dusty and if you walked around in your socks the dark green carpet made your socks green and dirty. The second day the shower door fell off the track more than once. All in all with a little extra cleanng and some minor maintance work this could be a nice place to stay

Airconditioner noisy and bed was not comfortable. Room was clean and staff very professional. Will probably not stay there again.

The room was clean and comfortable with two queen beds. There was a liquid soap dispenser for the shower and the sink, but no bar soap. When requested at front desk, was told they were out and wouldn't have any until the next week. Said we could go to Walmart and purchase some. The towels were very thin and dingy. The second day they were out of bagels at breakfast. The room was very noisy with footsteps heard both late at night and very early in the morning. We would not stay at a Country Hearth Inn again.

The hotel was very cheaply built. Cig butt in the floor and cig burns on the sheets. Requested no-smoking room.

Alright for what it was. We wanted a place to stay for the NASCAR race, and this was one of the VERY few that didn't take advantage of you as far as rates go. Breakfast was pretty good. My wife wasn't happy there wasn't an iron, but the front desk provided one. TV was dated and room smelled a little musty. Lots of shopping around. If your significant other is picky, it may not meet their standards.

We were only going to be in Madison for one night. We wanted a clean, easily accessible place to stay. County Hearth Inn fit the bill for us. Our room also faced a meadow which provided a nice view.

Madison is my hometown and I was there for a family event. Many of my family stayed at this hotel, too. My room was very nice with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. I was very pleased with the accommodations, it was very clean and the room was quite spacious. My two dogs were allowed with a $20 per dog per night fee. The breakfast has a very generous selection and it was easy for me fix a healthy meal even with my diet restrictions. This is a great hotel for the price range. I have paid way more and gotten a lot less. I will go back again and the rest of my family members were very pleased with it as well.
