Checked in at night, there was no staff aside from a security man who was very nice, the room was not cleaned, it was late and we just made the bed up with clean sheets ourselves.

Rundown. Disrepair. Unsavory tenants. Lots of loitering. Shady people in parking lot.

I just needed to do an overnight for a business trip. The place really needs an overhaul. They covered the smell of smoke with TONS of air freshener or numerous cans of Febreze. The bed only had 2 pillows and was uncomfortable. The carpets were dirty and the bathroom's recessed lights exposed the underlying ceiling. There's dust everywhere and you can see it clearly when all the lights are turned on. The walls are really thin so I can hear people talking, their TVs, footsteps. Overall I didn't get a good night's sleep. I shouldn't really expect much but do lower your expectations when you're presented with a really cheap price on a hotel. If it was more than a day stay then I would have chosen a better hotel.

They wanted an ID on the additional adult. I've traveled all over the world and have never needed an ID for the adult that was staying with me during this stay!! Absurd!! Never Again

this is a good place to stay, for someone like me on this weekend. I had no need for 'extra stuff' and just wanted a comfortable room to bathe, change clothes, and to sleep in. It would be hard to find fault with the room. There was one noticeable problem, a damp spot on the hallway carpet, about half way between the front desk and my room. But the room itself was great.

Staff at the frond desk was nice. Check-in was easy and fast. Terrible smell in the hallway. Room appeared to be clean as I entered it. But, there was debris on the floor. There was only soap bars, but no shampoo. Water was only lukewarm. The worst was that as I open the blanket there was a small pile of cookie crumb below it. I could not tell whether the sheet were clean or not, but they are very old.

Great place to build up your immunity to infectious diseases!

When I would turn off the heater zi could feel cold air pouring in from the heater assembly. Staff was very nice and helpful. There was spme funky smells up around the front desk, like cat food smells.The motel six down the street seMs a little nicer.

I discourage anyone from staying at this place. The carpet was so filthy I didn’t ever want to walk barefoot. The mattress was old and worn out and uncomfortable. It smelled musty.

What a dirty hotel.... staff was nice n all but it's so ghetto you have to come through the front only after dark! Smelled like pee and bug spray in the hallway and especially in my room....

The people at desk were ok but I had a friend stop by and she got treated like a call girl!

The mattress was HARD, was better off sleeping on floor, as soon as drove in parking lot people were sitting in their cars hanging outside talking loud, let's just say didn't feel safe.

The clerk said maintenance was supposed to fix the heater in one of the rooms, and didn’t know why it hadn't been fixed. This all took an hour, and I arrived at about 3 AM as it was. He said he would write notes, but had no authority to compensate me. No-one later could find his notes. He kept asking me if I wanted another room each time. The bed I slept in was lumpy. The morning revealed a flickering light above the sink and only bar soap with no shampoo. One guy that afternoon who said he was a manager claimed to void my payment, but it never happened. I then was informed a couple weeks later he didn’t work there anymore. Managers never called me back despite me leaving multiple messages on sticky notes by their request. I finally called corporate to lodge a complaint and let the booking company know. Corporate claimed there was a note about me causing a "disturbance". Someone limping, exhausted, in pain, incredibly calm and soft spoken who doesn't get a decent room for an hour is the one causing the disturbance?! So instead of providing customer service, they tried blaming the customer with a lie?! Wow. Isn't it interesting corporate has a dedicated complaint line?! The place is just really run down in general, too. So, I recommend sparing yourself the trouble and spending a few dollars more elsewhere.

I needed a cheap motel for a few hours near work due to moving. Upon arrival, the clerk was sitting outside and had nothing identifying him as an employee; I only realized he was the clerk when he came in and went behind the desk to check me in. The lights and TV were on in the first room. One of the beds was disheveled. I didn't know if anyone was in there or not, so I verbally apologized, said I think they gave me the wrong room, did not enter the room, let the door close, and went back to the desk. The heater didn't work in the next room. The front desk clerk came to verify. He gave me another room. Once again, the heater did not work. The clerk came to verify again. At that point, because I was so exhausted and in a lot of physical pain plus given I was on the second floor with no elevators in the building, the clerk went to the desk to set me up in another room and brought the new key card to me. He went in to the next room with me. We found the window open with a broken screen. He said the screen has been broken a long time. We together discovered the heat didn't work there either. He again went back down to the desk to get me a new key card for a new room. That's the room I could finally stay in as the heat worked. This all took about an hour. One of the rooms with non functional heater had pink stains on the carpet and cigarette burns on one of the bed spreads despite supposedly booking for a non-smoking room. See part 2...

Fine, price was right,, decent, clean, water heat, shower, I don't have time , just need this survey to go sway

I won't knock the price, because it's nice to have the whole family sleep for far less $$ than other motels, but we were blasted with cigarette smoke odor in the hallways and stairwell. Our next door neighbor enjoyed swearing at her kids, after 10:00 PM. And it was nostalgic to watch modern shows a on fuzzy 4:3 ratio television which chopped off the left and right portions of the screen. I would stay there again, but the wife wouldn't.

Very bad experience.....people yelling kids running halls @ 1am (younger then 5)

The room itself was up to standards that we have had at many other hotels. We recognized a good 'tradeoff" in the lack of breakfast, refrrigerator and microwave, etc. We wouldn't have used those anyway, and we preferred to have a lower price. Beds were clean and comfortable, and TV included several cable channels--more than we would be able to watch.

unpleasant!!

good place to stay-no frills
