The only I liked was leaving it! It was not what I paid for which was a luxury room that's handicap accessible by the pictures and I paid extra to reserve it only to discover it was hideous! They claimed it was Orbitz fault for not updating the photos. It was not handicap and it was infested with roaches. It claims to not allow pets and there were dogs and cats everywhere... not that I mind because I'm a dog lover... but because of the conditions. The furniture in my room was half eaten by dogs. They refused a refund but asked me to come back again one day and maybe my next stay might be better.

Had a wonderful time enjoyed the staff peaceful and quite

It was quite peaceful no bugs or bed bugs not far from the shopping center and resturants.

Closed by to a lot of restaurant and walking distance to the mall.

My room was nasty, as was the hotel itself. Parties were going on for most of the two nights I stayed, with no hotel staff to be found. Come to find out, the township where this hotel is located is an area that locals avoid.

I have stayed at this hotel many years ago and it was very good. It has probably been about 10 years since I've been back to this establishment. It is now, what seems to be, more of an extended stay place. When entering the building the smell was not pleasant. However, the staff was! I was given the room key and ventured to my room. Do you remember the long hotel hallway in the movie "The Shining"? Well this was it...I got on the elevator (The ONLY time I used it), it made an errie noise then papaw started pulling the rope to get it to go up...it took a bit to get to the 2nd floor, but it made it. I followed the smell to my room...which, surprisingly, didn't smell. Turning on the TV it was like watching scrambled cable when I was little...the signal went in and out, pixelated for 3 & 4 minutes at a time. You get interested in a show, then it went out. BAD BAD BAD reception, and NO, it was not storming or raining. Let's go to the shower...It worked...felt like someone peeing on me though, needed better water pressure for sure. And the 80 grit sandpaper washcloth I had took all the dirt, hair, skin off of me. In all, I would have to be in a pinch to go back, which I probably will, but if you like an adventure, then choose here...Oh, and don't forget in the lobby in the morning they have FREE coffee!

The furniture was worn and the TV was old. It is a hotel that locals live in to get back on their feet.

Not very clean , the beds were bad, no tv remote and the staff closed the front desk after check in.

Worst stay ever!!Took 45 minutes to check in. Double charged credit card staff does not know how to issue refund.

There were bugs everywhere! Everytime I turned on a light in the kitchen or bathroom bugs were everywhere. I couldn't sleep good thinking about them. Hoping they wouldn't join me in bed.

The room was decent and clean, very 2- star quality but a good deal, would stay again, only concern is no night staff , got locked out of room and had to c,IBM through window , thank goodness was a first floor room!!

pretty classy for the price, can walk to Olive Garden, Logans, movie theatre,CVS, Books a Million. Layout great in kitchen suites. Got 2 hours of sleep as bed was so hard.

When I checked into the room, there was roaches crawling everywhere. The room smelled of smoke and general uncleanliness. There were stains on the furniture and the kitchenette area did not appear to have been cleaned well. The hallways and hallway carpet smelled also. I was given another room on another floor which did not have roaches, but generally was not up to par either. The blanket had a cigarette burn on it. Two lights did not work. The hotel is the worst I have ever stayed at. Per staff, my money could not be refunded. I felt that I had to stay because I was in town for the CMA Fest and at 1:00 in the morning, there was not a lot of rooms in the city/ surrounding area available.

hotel is 16 years old and looked like it carpet was messed up on first floor its off road a bit the side entrentce doors are broken and did not lock at night their was no security and office closed at 9 rooms were dirty dust balls in drapes and everything need paint wall paper in halls was coming undone dont let outside picture fool you it looks nice but its a dump

I am not an overly picky person and have stayed in some real dives because I'm cheap. I've had to kick it up when with my family but this time I was alone. Would I stay here again? Possibly due to the price but I'd get the same room again if I did. I was in town for the 2012 CMA Music Fest. I paid about $40 a night. I come every year. I believe about 80-90% of the other people here were also here for the CMA Fest. I probably saw 10 people in 5 days. I was VERY concerned due to reviews but found the place not to be that bad. I called ahead to check on an early check inn which Amber was very nice accommodating about. I also mentioned my concern due to reviews. She moved me to a different room, maybe due to checking in early. Honestly, if they would replace ALL the carpet in the hotel and ALL the couches then this place would be fine. From the outside it looks very nice. The halls are rundown due to the carpet and smell of smoke. My room was fine. Kitchen was clean as was bathroom. TV worked fine, table and chair were fine though there was a burn hole in chair. A/C worked fine. Bed was comfortable. The carpet was VERY nasty. The couch was VERRRRY nasty with big stain, cigarette holes and pet hair. I wouldn't even sit on it covered with a sheet. I had to put my window back on its track. I was on the first floor so this concerned me. I brought my own sheet for the bed and my own pillow. Brought my own towel but their were fine. I kept the drapes closed the entire time i was there. When I left in the morning I would turn the TV on and two lights then pull the drape open just a little so someone would think the room was occupied. The area isn't that bad. Mall near and lots of restaurants. There is an adult bookstore across the street but it looked more like a novelty shop and didn't concern me at all. At least two security doors did not work. I did find ONE roach in my room but no bed bugs and believe me I looked. Took me about 15 minutes to get to downtown Nashville. Would I take my family here? NO. Would I stay again? Possibly.

Didn't want to walk around. Fighting next door, very loud and scary.

Nice people, very helpful to contact Orbitz about our reservation. Double bed room, a little bit small, but overall is good. Only problem is the smell, so bad, even we chose the nonsmoking room. After staying there for two nights, all of my staff are badly smelly. The location is also good if u plan to shopping, only 3 minutes' drive to the rivergate mall.

Visited Nashville. Maids never cleaned room even though there was no 'Do not disturb' sign on the door. Great stay.Impressed with kitchenette. Bed was very comfy. The hotel was a great stay!

I normally love staying at this hotel because its close to the family i am visiting and having two kids its nice to have the convenience of a kitchen. The rooms are nice, comfortable and appealing to the eye. This time however we were not as satisfied. The room had an odor that was just an underlying smell to the room. The bathroom had visible water damage and there were ants. I truly believe this was just a one time bad experience since we've always had a great stay and no problems. The staff is helpful, efficient and friendly so no dislikes there. Just wasn't as happy with the stay this time.

This time the room was not as clean has last time. It was noisey this time. AND the beds are still HARD!!!
