This was a decent spot for a quick weekend trip with our kids. Main complaint was that the shower did not drain well and room was not restocked — no tissues, empty body wash in shower, empty soap at the sink.
Our only complaint is the uncomfortable bed. We stopped for the night to get a good nights sleep. And the bed was so uncomfortable. The whole bed moved every time someone moved.
Staff was great!! I stay here all the time. The room was very clean.

I went down to breakfast around 8am. There was no bread or pastries. There was not enough food nor was there anything to replace what was eaten.
The property was nice and clean. However, the staff wasn't professional. I had asked for a late checkout of 1 hr from the normal checkout time of 12 pm. The front desk reception staff approved the check. At 1130 am the room cleaning service knocked on my door and I informed them that I had a approved 1 hr late checkout. Not even a minute later a different person on the front desk called my room and told me that I could only have a 30 min late checkout and that 1 hr wasn't allowed by the hotel. I've stayed at many Hilton properties and I know that a 1 hr late checkout is allowed. All this person was doing was helping her friend at the expense of the paying customer. very unprofessional on their part.
