Easily one of the top 5 best hotels I've ever been to. Insanely beautiful. The staff couldn't be any nicer or professional. All around a GREAT experience!
Great hotel! The room was amazing with a view right on the water. Spa was really nice although we wish it was open later than 8pm. Breakfast was decent, but not amazing. The Alambique restaurant was really great. Staff overall were really friendly and accommodating. Location is great, but far away from Funchal. You definitely need a car to visit the island. There are a few other decent restaurants nearby the hotel as well so you are not stuck at the hotel for every meal.
