The first thing I will complain about is that Orbitz and Expedia over booked this hotel some how. When I arrived with my confirmed reservation through Orbitz, there was a line about 20 people deep and they were telling us they did not have rooms for us. Because I was willing to take a smoking room which I didn't really want, they did get a room for me. It was dirty. Old. In need of repair and paint. I wouldn't even shower there the next morning. I only remained there because it was a high volume day and the closest hotel was almost 200 miles and not in the direction I was traveling.

When I arrived and was ready to check in the staff was extremely unprofessional. After one staff member finally finished blowing cigarette smoke in my face she asked me to move a plant away from the door so she could close it. (she used the plant to prop open the door while she smoked out front) The other staff member was on her phone talking to what appeared to be her boyfriend. Finally checked in and figured out where my room was. I had a king size bed with a twin size comforter covers in cigarette burns and holes. I couldn't even unload my luggage before somebody was trying to sell me stolen headphones. I had to spend the night making sure the drug dealing neighbors didn't try to break into my car as they were fighting all night and drinking right in front of my room. Its a shame because the hotel is nice just ran by horrible staff and occupies horrible tennants.

Everything was great except for the teenager who beat up his girlfriend out side my room and threw her against the windows of my room at 6:00 AM!!!!

We loved our stay over Ramada. Everything was great. Good staff service, very comfortable room with new beds and attractive decor. Immaculately clean bathroom. Loved the hot and cold breakfast. Hotel was very spacious with attractive guest lobby. Will come back again to stay.

Everything was really good. Room was extremely clean, smelled fresh, attractive furniture with new mattress, slept deep and long, Pool was big and provided relaxation time after all day work. Breakfast had lot of variety of hot and cold items. The best thing was convient location near air force base, and restaurants. On top of it the price was a real bargain. Recommend to everyone. We will stay again on our next visit.

This hotel has been under new management as I was told, and I find every thing was superb during my stay. My room was attractively furnished with granite top dresser, very comfy bed, flat tv, and a very clean room. I really had a good sleep, and in morning the breakfast was full of variety of items and was satisfying. The location is very near to Air Force Base and avoids heavy traffic during rush hour for your business commute. I would recommend everybody to stay and get a stretch for your dollar.

The room was extreemly nasty! There were no blankets on the bed and a roach was crawling on the tv stand. Also a used bar of soap was left on the sink with a used rag. The floor in front of the sink was soaked and the bathroom had a used towel on the floor and shower curtain was stained. At 1 am another guest was walking down the sidewalk harassing guest and all security did was ask him to go back to his room. Upon checking out I had to deal with this same individual because he was propped up at the front desk hanging out with the clerk. The clerk claimed they would refund me $20, which I have yet to receive and also upon leaving the man continued to follow me out threatning me and my husband.

Nothing special just a room. Not real clean. Had to go get cleaning supplies to clean before we could sleep.

The hotel bed was the only positive I could say. When I arrived their where 3 bags of trash in the breeze way, when I left it was still there. The area in very dark at night and the pool water was green with trash floating on the top. If I would have not lost $77.00 by not staying their I cancel and stay at another hotel. It's a little sad to be a military town and this hotel is not far from the best. Hope its in for a big overhaul. Really need it.

The location was great and the hotel was very inviting. Room was immaculately clean and comfortable and appeared to be recently renovated. There were amenities that we never got the chance to use including an outdoor pool, fitness room, and laundry. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast had good variety of items. I would definitely stay here again when in the area, and highly recommend this hotel.

OK stay, rooms have not been updated or remodeled - this is the OLD Holiday Inn converted to a Ramada. The rooms are the same as they have been for the past 15 years, street side is noisy and the TV is an old TV, not a LED or flat screen. It's OK for a quick trip, but not a comfortable place otherwise.

Morning paper was not available; pool and hot tub were closed; brkfst bar was weak - poor selection of stale muffins, toaster waffles, grocery bagels, weak coffee. For the price other newer and probably better hotels are readily available in the area. Classic over promise and under deliver. Not impressed, would try somewhere else next time.

We stayed at this Ramada hotel for our business purpose in Warner Robins and found it very clean, newly renovated with new mattresses and a new flat HD TV and a few items of new furniture in our room. The staff was exceptionally courteous and eager to help and make our stay comfortable. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. The hotel lobby was impressively decorated.. The breakfast was abundant with hot and cold servings and a variety of choices in a very large dining area. The location of the hotel was especially convenient to us being right in middle of many restaurants and Robins Air Force Base only within a mile or so. We would highly recommend to try this hotel to all those who want the best value of their bucks and a convenient, clean and comfortable place to stay.

Very good for a Ramada. I would stay again. Very clean and comfortable, and mostly, affordable.

Just needing a simple overnight stay and having good past experiences with Ramada's, I tried this location. An older property - early 60's? - that has definitely seen better days. Nothing terrible - just a facility that really needs attention. While no problems, not a place I would choose to stay again.

Was is W-R attending an event at the RAFB Air Museum. Checked in about 5:30 PM Friday nite. Temp was in the high 90's, very hot. Room was clean, but the A/C was turned off, so it took about an hour to cool it off. Went down the road and had dinner at Chic-Fil-A, one of my favorite eating spots. Had a bowl of cereal, 2 mini abagels & an O Juice for breakfast before departing about 7:45 AM.

Was great for the price the first night was rough. We kept getting phone calls that no one answered and when we called the front desk there was no one to respond. Then when we complained the front desk clerck pretty much said we where sol. Also we had to get our keys reactivated each day. After we had been told the first time we got locked out that it wouldn't happen again. The staff was friendly and the rooms where clean.

I was looking to stay in Warner Robins at a convenient location close to Robins Air Force base and the shopping and restaurant. The location of this Ramada can't be matched any better. The front desk service was excellent with a smiling welcome and ensuring my satisfaction for the room comforts. The morning breakfast had hot and cold breakfast choices in a huge attractive dining area. It seems like all the rooms in the hotel had brand new mattresses, as mentioned to me by the front desk manager - which was the case in my room. The hotel offered me an excellent value for my bucks and provided an enjoyable, comfortable stay for me and my family. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone to try out and experience a great return for your money , and all comforts at the hotel as well.

I was attending the Southeast Model Show (huge radio control airplane swap meet) in Perry, GA and rooms in Perry were scarce. This is an older property - I believe it was a Holiday Inn in the early 90's. It was clean and the conbtinental breakfast wasn't bad. I felt the room was a little overpriced for the age of the property.

Stayed here recently, the location is very convenient, the staff is friendly, and the bathroom is actually clean (toilet/tub), but that's about it... the pillows were what grossed us out the most! there was blood on one, another two had hairs still stuck to it, and a towel had someone's hair on it too... ewww! the room was frigid, even with the heater at its highest. this hotel had some potential with its great location, but cleanliness was definitely lacking :(
