This hotel has everything for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

It is a nice hotel, good rooms, comfy bed, friendly staff.

Clean and nice looking

The hotel would be very very good if not for the fact that I was given a room and walked into that room while there was another guest already in that room. Extremely alarming to walk into a room of another guest. And the rooms do not have manual locks to prevent someone with a key to walk in while you are there.

The parking garage is a good size, but it is very hard with a big car to get in the back rows. They need to take out two spaces and repaint so people know where to go and take full advantage of all spaces. And someone broke their parking barriers. Otherwise I really like the hotel. The AC works well in the rooms, the staff is very friendly, the food excellent, and I always enjoy my stays here.

The front desk staff was so professional and kind when we arrived. There was fruit infused ice water and sparkling wine as well. The facility looked immaculate in the lobby and when we got off the elevator, it was apparent that the facility had not been cared beyond the lobby. The shower was filled with mold and the carpet in the room was stained. Also, all the artwork frames in the hallway were severely damaged by the housekeeping carts and had rough edges and exposed wood. It was so disappointing after the lovely check in! I would not recommend staying here until these issues (especially the mold in the shower) are taken care of!

This hotel is right around the corner from the airport and very convenient to both the airport and downtown Brussels. I will definitely stay here again. The room was quite, large, and the bed was very comfortable. The food and staff was also very good.

Food not available after 10, vending machines empty. TV does work/Satellite signal terrible, Shuttle to airport was 45 min do to dropping off guest out of the departure area and getting caught in traffic. then having to run from 1/2 Kilometer to airport to barely make flight.

Well located near the airport Excellent breakfast but a bit expensive

I have stayed at this hotel many times and enjoy it very much. They are minutes from the airport and the rooms are very comfortable.

Loved our room. Room very clean. Not the rest of the hotel. Probably due to renovation. Great breakfast and free mini bar. Thanks
