Monday trade days you would suspect is on Monday but it has grown so large it takes place the weekend before the first Monday of the month. It is in a very small town Canton Tx that has nothing nice to stay in, so we chose the Comfort suites that is only 20 min or so from there. What a nice place to stay, newer, comfortable and everyone is very nice.

we really enjoyed our stay the free breakfast was really good the rooms were clean

ACTUALY PARTIED WITH THE STARS- I COULD NOT BELIEVE ALL THE FAMOUS PEOPLE I SAW TOOK PICTURES WITH AND PARTIED WITH- IT WAS OFF THE HOOK!!!!!!!

The hotel is beautiful! they have a great beach location, but technically are not in South Beach and are quite a ways from Ocean Avenue. The service was amazing, and the food in the restaurants was great, but very pricey even at the most casual of the seven. They have a MASSIVE spa, and 7 beautiful pools. It didn't look like a good place to bring kids at all. All drinks were at least $14. Valet parking only, and very expensive. Our room wasn't clean... there were used water bottles on the floor, stuff missing from the mini bar, and they hadn't removed all the used towels from the previous people... We had some rain one afternoon and the restaurant we were eating in flooded and we got kicked-out mid lunch... by then the hallways were flooding... The lobby had waterfalls coming through the light fixtures and in front of everyone the ceiling due to too much water came down in the middle of the lobby... they didn't want anyone taking pictures and I was getting knocked over by their staff running. I'm not sure how they were allowed to do so, but they wouldn't give anyone their cars and forced us all into our rooms for 3 hours... I think normally the hotel is beautiful, esp for visits with friends or romantic ones, but be prepared to pay for everything out the nose (even the 'free-wifi' they had is now $13 a day), and sadly it seems the facility itself wasn't rebuilt too well in their recent revamp. We chose this hotel to go to the LIT nightclub, but never could due to the water damage...

Would go back!

I have stayed in another section of this property numerous times but this was the first in the newly renovated original section. Everything was a visual experience from the desgn to the guests. The nightlife was exceptional and this is definetly the new HOT spot for the Beautiful People of Miami. The rooms were smaller than the other section but were designed and furnished top of the line. The pool area the gathering point and offers several areas for looking to be seen and not to be seen. The staff is very well trained and seem to really enjoy their jobs. An exceptional stay.

The hotel is quite nice ( not as nice as JW Marriott resort grand lakes orlando) but my bath tub was dirty when we checked in. They are busy taking care of young people going to the club than catering to their guest. When we checked in there was a party going on and some movie stars like J Lo and many more was staying there too so i heard! It was very noisy very disappointed! The valet parking was the worse it was so crowded that night that they couldnt find our car. We have to wait in the morning.

We love the Fontainebleau. It is very comfortable, and the staff is generally accommodating. We actually misunderstood the description of our room and needed more space than we originally had. Although the hotel was full, we were able to upgrade to larger living quarters within a day. It was a bit difficult sometimes to get the room made up in a timely manner. Some days we had to call several times before we got service. The internet connection was sporadic, and the valet took too long bringing the car. We understand that it was a busy week, but these are things that need attention. On the other hand, management was quick to credit internet and parking charges when told that there were problems. The only really bad part was that some of our belongings were stolen at the pool. A high class hotel such as this should have better security. The security people were nice enough, but they made no attempt to recover our belongings or compensate us for our losses.

There were still constraction going on (can't wait till it's done, it's going to be awsome. Totally recommend it. Been there twice already and will go there again.

Fontaine Bleu is on the perfect spot- convenient to everything but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of South Beach.

We Loved the Fontaine beau Rooms are very spacious, clean and most important comfortable. They have a number of pools to choice from all well heated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The locations is grate maybe a 5 min drive to South Beach. I would recommend it to any one. I can wait to visit again!

We stayed in the Sorento tower; the room was great, beautiful, and clean. Balcony is good size with comfortable chairs. Bathroom has Jacuzzi, shower, marble sink, even small TV. They provide very nice white robes. Kitchenette has all necessary staff. However hotel currently under construction and there is some noise from outside, not all services are running. Disappointed about the beach, where you have to pay 20 dol daily for chairs and umbrella, also they didn't always have enough beach towels. Very nice wooden walking area along the ocean, goes to South beach.

The Fontainebleau was the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. Everything was nice from the check in to the check out. We stayed at the Sorrento and LOVED it. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous. We definitely can't wait to go back. Especially to see the renovation completions. Our only complaint was there weren't any dining options. But that is only temporary.

The Fontainebleau Suites in Miami Beach, Florida is centrally located to allow for a variety of options. One only has to walk out the door to enjoy the fabulous beach or go for a walk on the boardwalk, or take a short ride to the excitement on Lincoln Road. The suites are comfortable and clean and the hotel itself ia very appealing with the new rennovations. The check-in and check-out were very smooth however I was not impressed with the customer service which was very disappointing. The concierge was not very attentive nor even attempted to give the service that would be expected. Their phone was always busy and when you went to speak to them directly, they acted like it was a burden. Aside from some needed lessons on customer serive for some of the staff, it was a pleasent and enjoyable stay. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

The Fontainebleau hotel and conference center was beautiful but we had a few problems with our expectations. Check-in was delayed for hours because of late check-outs. No compensation or re-numeration was given. There was construction going on during the day time. On the plus side, the rooms were great and the views were incredible. The staff was great!
