Brand new Hobbit House

🏡 Immerse yourself in the world of the Hobbits in this dreamy fairytale house. Just like in the film of the same name, the cottage is made of loam and has round windows and doors.

Be enchanted by the cosy wood-burning stove, a cute little kitchen and a compact bathroom with shower and toilet. The kids get a separate kids' room with bunk beds, which is sure to invite them to dream.

Every corner of the hobbit house exudes the spirit of adventure and wonder. It is a place where fantasy comes alive and where you can immerse yourself in the enchanted world of fairy tales.

This cosy house, suitable for 6 people, is located on the edge of the forest with a view of the vineyard allowing work to be done (think: cutting the grass, spraying, ...).

🪔Cosy living

Step through the round, wooden door and be surprised by the warmth and cosiness the inside of this enchanting residence has to offer.

The living area with standard kitchenette is the ideal place to relax together, read a good book, play a board game or just be in the here and now. 

Discover the cosy sitting area by the wood-burning stove. There is a starter pack for the wood stove, extra wood you can chop yourself at the wood corner. In fine weather, open the door and access the covered terrace with hot tub. In the evening, you can express your gratitude for the beautiful day in the warm glow of your oil lamp.

The kitchenette is equipped with a gas stove (2 burners), a sink and plenty of cooking utensils, cutlery and glasses. Can't do without your daily coffee break? Then you will certainly be helped by our Bialetti. Don't forget to bring your ground coffee. The tap water is not drinkable, but we provide a 5-litre water bottle for drinking and cooking. Refills are always available at reception.

Washing-up liquid and a cleaning kit, including a kitchen towel, are available. There is a small fridge.

💤Sweet dreams

A first sleeping place for 2 people can be found in the living area, creating an open space. A separate bedroom is provided with bunk beds for 4 people. The ideal sleeping place for your kids, which is sure to invite them to dream. Bed linen is provided as standard.

🚿Wash worries away
The compact bathroom is equipped with a shower stall, toilet, bathroom cabinet and an electric heater. A towel set is included in the price and will be ready in your accommodation on arrival.

🌳Life in the woods
The hobbit house is equipped with a covered terrace and a gas barbecue. Sit cosily at the table under the atmospheric lighting and enjoy the beautiful nature, overlooking the vineyard.

🧖‍♀️ Wellness is a state of being
This cottage has a wood-fired hot tub as a bonus.  The wood is freely available from our wood corner. A bathrobe is not included.
