Stains on sheets. Continental breakfast was a bust. Offers hot waters and cookies. 👎.

Bed’s were worn out springs making lot of noise.Breakfast not ready by time they have posted.Rooms nothing works , FRIDGE, HAIRDRYER SINK BLOCKING, complaint made but no one cared.
I booked 2 queen beds on the website. I came to the hotel around 8pm and check in was very fast. I took my 2 sons to the room and just knew there was only 1 bed. I took them back to the front and asked the front lady. She told me because I booked through the third party, she had the right to change (?) and there was no 2 beds at that time. She should tell me in the beginning when I checked in but she did not say a word until I asked her. I had no choice to cancel the room and she told me my money should be back in 3-5 business days. Today is the third day and I saw nothing in my bank account. The hotel seems old and it was a little dark in the parking lot. There was nothing around the hotel except highway and another inn next door. I had no clue about cleanliness but the front area seems nice and cozy.
The hotel staff were very nice, the breakfast was really good and most of it seemed to be made in the hotel, the environment was friendly, everything was great. We had one issue which was that the my neighbors were a little bit loud at night but I understand that that was put out the hotel’s control.
I really enjoyed my stay!! My kids as well!!! We loved breakfast!!! The room was clean, and the lady at the front desk gave me aloe for my sunburn I recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay!!!
When we entered the room, the bathroom toilet was not flushed. The toilet had blood in it. The beds was wrinkled. But, the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had so far.
Staff was friendly and breakfast was good, but the hotel was not quite as pictured. It's a bit out dated and not quite as nice as I was expecting. It is much smaller than I thought it would be as well. Close to Lackland AFB which was a plus. Just fair...and a little disappointing.
Bed too hard could barely lay down
The cleaning staff removed the towels from our room and did not replace them with clean towels. We went to request clean towels and we were told that they were completely put of clean towels.

Thank you Chi for your review. Unfortunately, that is correct with 3rd party reservations. Also, some Authorizations like the one on your card, can depending on what kind it is take up to 7 days to be returned onto the card. We strongly suggest booking directly with the hotel, to avoid many of the potential problems you have encountered. We do appologize for the inconvenience and misunderstanding.
