In peaceful countryside setting South of Lyon, close to the department of Isère, self-contained house with flowered garden next to owners' home. Ideally situated and easily accessed, close to motorway exits, airport & Eurexpo. Private access via tiled terrace (25 sq.m), beautiful views of the countryside. Entrance in the light and cosy living room (fitted kitchen, dining, lounge areas, wood-burning stove). 2 bedrooms (two 80 x 200cm beds or 160 x 200 cm bed in each on request). Lobby (with washing machine) leading to the shower room (large walk-in shower) and WC. Air conditioning. Cot on request. Light & cheerful interior ('Tadelakt' coating with glowing colours), suitable for an accompanied disabled person. Outside stairs leading from terrace to small private, enclosed garden (lawn, small fruit trees, trampoline). Parking area. Shed to store bikes. The owner is found of biking, he'll have pleasure to inform you about the many hiking/biking trails nearby.
