First room we got wasn’t cleaned. The housekeeping lady was very helpful. She got us another room and made sure it was clean. She was the nicest one there. Later on that night when we got back to the hotel and we were watching tv we saw two coackroaches. In the morning the shower didn’t get hot and the toilet ran all night. When we checked out and told the front desk they didn’t seem concerned. We have stayed there before and never had issues. But from this stay I wouldn’t stay there again.

Bad service no extra towels, room smelled of smoke wasn't supposed to be a smoking room, no battery in smoke detector, bugs in hotel, witnessed big argument between guest and maid. One of our guest in a separate room was locked out of room because she complained of the room condition. We did not feel safe in hotel oh and coffee was horrible. Should I go on?

Enjoyed our stay although it was too short. Wish to have stayed longer

The place smelled like cigarettes cigarettes Burn's on the bathroom sink cigarettes Burn's all over the bed sheets keep having to ask for towels will we come to Lynchburg about 3 times a year will not be staying at supper 8 any more

this hotel is conveniently located to Liberty. Beds were fine and room was clean. we had no shower curtain and when we asked for extra towels they were rude to my daughter. Price was perfect for our one night stay. the refrigerator had one drawer that was filled with water. I am not sure why they did not clean that up.

Bathroom didn't work. Couldn't fix it during our stay

Room wasn't vacuumed when our checked in. Even though I specifically requested action, the room was vacuumed over my entire 4 night stay. Apparently, the vacuum only works from 8-10 just outside of rooms with Do Not Disturb signs on it. Breakfast very sparse a well.

The room was ok. It was clean and the staff was helpful

My hotel stay was great. The staff was awesome, very professional, very kind, and very helpful. The only critique I have is due the fact that I was third party I could not get a refund for the night I did not stay. I checked out Friday morning before 11 and could not get a refund and the hotel Stafford me I could get a cheaper rate through them directly.

The receptionist the first night was the highlight of the experience . He helped us lug all our luggage up the flights of stairs due to the elevator being broken . Then the problems began. The room was dirty, curtains broken , toilet seat falling off, microwave filthy, bathroom fan broken and missing a floor mat for sanitation. The worse part wasno extra towels.my family was suppose to share two bath towels. The front desk had no way of getting more, not to mention hand and face towels were unavailable. I asked everyday for the room to be vacuumed and dusted. I finally cleaned my self. They we're only given one Vacuume for the entire hotel , which was broken for several days. Corperate. Needs to empower the staff to take care of their guests. I suggest cooperate spends a week in Lynchburg!

I would not recommend staying here. The exterior of the hotel is dimly lit. There were men smoking outside the front door every time we left or entered. The hallways of the hotel smelled like smoke. The elevator was not working so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. The room was not clean. The pillows smelled so badly that my son could not sleep on them. The exterior doors were propped open with a rock several times by people who were smoking outside them. This made me feel very unsafe. We checked out (with no refund) after the first night. The man at the desk offered to have the manager call me so I gave him my cell phone number. That was several days ago, and I haven't heard from anyone so I guess I won't. Don't stay here.

Reasonable accommodations for a decent price. Macado's is across the parking lot which is nice if you want a burger and a beer for dinner without having to drive back to the hotel for the night.

The hotel was good. It was exactly what I expected for the money I put in to it. The only thing that bugged me was room service came too early and than didn't come back later after I left to clean. So my 3 day trip my room never got cleaned.

It was clean, had an exercise bike and the location was awesome for the LU intensive. No complaints.

The stay was average and without event. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable especially since I was dealing with a bad back and wearing a brace. The worst experience was check-out the desk clerk was disengaged and cold. When I asked about getting a receipt she told me that I couldn't have one since I had booked through a third party. How hard is it to use the copy machine.

When we arrived at 9:45 pm, there was no one at the front desk. A hand-written note directed us to dial zero on the white phone in lobby. We called. No answer. No one came to the front desk. My husband called the long- distance number on his cell phone. Someone answered and then came to front desk. Breakfast items were limited to sugared cereals (no bran) and bruised bananas. Very disappointing.

tiny square pillows were very uncomfortable, rough, tiny towels and only two provided made showering unpleasant, tub was slippery and felt unsafe

Getting the room for about $50/night I knew it wasn't going to be great. But I regret not paying more to stay at a decent hotel. The room smelled like smoke. It was a non-smoking room and my wife is allergic to smoke. They had no other rooms to move us to. The room had been cleaned, but someone came in afterwards laid on the bed and used the shower. I went to the desk and got all new sheets and towels and re-cleaned my room. The mattress was a thick as a sponge. There was a sunken butt circle from many large people over the years. I was running a race the next day and this place did NOT help my performance at all. If you're desperate and can't afford better, then be my guest. It's not the worst place I've ever stayed, but at this point in my life, I demand better.

My stay was quiet and pleasant. -Cleanliness was good. -Breakfast was acceptable. - Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. -Just a little pricy for a budget line hotel.

If you are in the market for a great place to stay near you intensive, this is it!!!
