I booked a smoking room by mistake, my error. I was there for one night so not too bad. Over all the place was clean. Seemed to be a nice part of town, felt safe. Breakfast was OK. They called it country ham but was more like Canadian bacon. The bed was hard and did not sleep well. Over all not bad for $80ish one night. The only time I saw staff was at check in and check out. Can't say they were good or bad.

The linen in the bed was soiled with a brown substance and the bathroom was extreme moldy. When I asked for the room to be cleaned and linen changed, I was told the washer and dryer was broken and they didn’t have clean sheets. The receptionist came to my room for exactly two minutes and said she cleaned the mold although it was still there. I checked out soon after she left. She was extremely rude and gave another customer a new bed spread when I was at the desk but she didn’t have one for me. The manger was rude as well and offered me $20 dollars off the room for staying less than 45 minutes. Refused a full refund. The Manger then charged my card three times and refuse to refund. I had to get my bank to dispute all charges. It took abou two weeks to get my money refunded. Don’t stay here! They do not have a proper cleaning service and odds are you will be sleeping on dirty linen.

Have to give this Quality Inn a 5 for it's customer service alone. We had a bit of a problem at check in - a booking problem between Choice Privileges and the hotel - but Caleb handled the situation terrifically with professionalism. Great customer service. Our room was very nice with one queen. Although a little small, it was exceptionally clean and set up so that it didn't feel so small. The bed was very comfortable with good pillows. Also, a quiet and convenient location. Breakfast offerings were good. This was a Choice Privileges Rewards night, but almost a week later, there was a small charge on our credit card ($33). Once again, great customer service - Manager Jeff, returned our call as promised, apologized and had the charge reversed. Still not sure why we were charged, but it was all resolved quickly and professionally. Jeff: If you read this, my husband also enjoyed his conversation with you. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

We were in Lynchburg for a college matching band weekend. Because of this most hotels in the area raise their prices. With this said, this is a nice hotel property but it was a bit overpriced. The rooms are slightly smaller than other similarly grouped hotels but they are nicely appointed. Friendly staff, good morning breakfast with some hot items for consumption. The only draw backs, room not completely clean; we had to clean the bottom of the fridge and the tub, also noticed that the room could have used a bit more vacuuming in several places. One mainly annoying item, the door leading from the inside rooms to outside walkways didn't have proper stoppers installed causing them to slam shut every time someone used them (this was reported to the front desk staff and a sign was placed on the door). Very comfortable but tall (approx 3 feet from floor to mattress top) beds, someone with height or partial handicapped issues might have trouble climbing onto them. Overall nice stay, would definitely consider staying here again.

Hotel was sufficient for the weekend. Front desk girl should really learn to smile and pretend to like their jobs. They were efficient but I felt as if I was bothering them. The room was large, bathroom is huge and beds were soft. I slept well. However, knowing it was move in weekend for Liberty they raise their rates as I expected but it is definitely NOT worth $150 a night, regardless of location or weekend. I probably will not stay here again. It simply was not inviting and overpriced.

We stayed here on our way to the Lock'n Festival and were happy to find a room. We thought it was overpriced for what we got, but considering demand was likely high because of the festival, it's a matter of supply and demand. We could've done worse. The hotel is ok, nothing spectacular but the staff were friendly. The breakfast was ok. Would stay again.

The place is decent, friendly and helpful stuff, good breakfast, good price. They could improve on the cleanliness of the rooms and keep up with clogged bath tubs. But would stay again if I need to. Is near everything in town. Good affordable place to stay.

We stayed at this Quality Inn during an open house visit to Liberty University. I was quite surprised how clean and nice it was. Our room was very clean and very comfortable. I have a bad back so sleeping in hotel rooms in general usually hurt me, but the mattress was very comfortable and I did not wake up in pain. The area was quiet and I felt very safe. We had breakfast the next morning and it was very good. I am gluten free so I'm always happy to see eggs and sausage on a breakfast bar. We will stay here again during our next visit.

The costumer service was great ! The people were nice . But I will never stay there again . It was like sleeping in a fraternity house. Music and TVs turned up loud and people opening and closing doors until 2 am .

We booked this hotel when everything else was full for LU graduation. I was worried. But when I entered my room, my attitude changed. It was --an "inside" room-- nicely decorated and very clean and spacious. Front desk staff is really friendly. But my colleague's room had a smell. Mustiness. His room opened directly to the outside. So, on the rooms, definitely reserve an inside room. Centrally located to business areas with restaurants and LU. The free breakfast is minimal -- could you have one cereal that's not sugary and one yogurt that is plain or vanilla and maybe peanut butter amidst all the jellies and regular oatmeal mix instead of with sugar added? Oh, and management, please don't forget about me again and not clean in the AM. Bummer that you have to go outside to get to the fitness room, no matter where you room is. Overall, tho, they are really trying. And I give them credit for that. Bottom line, not the disappointment I expected for the lower price.
