The terrible cigarette smell in the room permeated all of my clothes.
It was ideal in proximity to the locations we needed to get to. Cobwebs on ceiling. Phone on floor and could not be moved. Several furniture items were askew. Generally this room needed work.
Bathroom was dirty and had old washrags hanging on shower rod.
Outside area appears dim and dingy. Not a problem for me, but when my wife travels with me we won't stay here as it wouldn't feel secure to her.
This was non smoking facility, but room smelled that cigarettes. The staff was nice enough to clean up room, but it still smelled like cigarettes. I appreciate the incentive the staff took to accommodate us.

The location was close to Liberty University. Was in town for a swim meet and it meet those requirements.
Close to Liberty and the airport. Easy access to the mall.
Hotel was decent enough, but no luxury to speak of. In the morning when I woke up I tried to take a shower, but all I could get was cold water. A poor start to my day.
This is an older motel property that has gone through extensive renovations.....it is nice but I still prefer the hotel format where you don't enter the room from the outside.
While it was not bad enough to make me sleep in my car, I would not stay there be again by choice. It is old and needs a a facelift to live up to Wyndham name. The staff was there, but definitely not helpful or friendly. Again, the Wyndham name means something and for the price, I would expect more.
A little dated but for the price, free WiFi, free breakfast, and location i was pleased.
The owner and staff of this facility are working on up-grades. Currently, the facility is okay with a good location, but what makes this hotel standout is the staff. They are accommodating and happy to assist.
