The owner and staff of this facility are working on up-grades. Currently, the facility is okay with a good location, but what makes this hotel standout is the staff. They are accommodating and happy to assist.
OK. I would stay there again if I go down to Lynchburg.
My bf and I didn't sleep well because of several problems.... 1, the noise from other rooms. It's easy to feel bothered by outside or neighbor rooms. 2, the mattress is awful that we both have back pain the next morning we wake up.
Wonderful staff at this hotel. Nearby Liberty University.
staff was very nice ... especially Janice who maintained the continental breakfast.
Planned a last minute trip to try out Snowflex in Lynchburg. My son&his friend had a blast. We arrived before the3pm checkin time but lady at front desk was able to let us in the room early. That so helped us because we didnt have to worry bout our snowboards in back of truck. The gentleman at desk was given me suggestions, after asking what to do with two 15yr old boys that arent into history, gave me pamphlets on areas to check out.Rooms were comfy.Pool was cool and relaxing. They even let the boys swim late because of getn out of snowflex at a late time.Breakfast was filling. The lady even made us bacon on request,SUPER! Overall, the stay was easy&relaxing. No troubles.Would definitely stay again!
Needed a break off the motorcycle after a day of riding. Reservation was for 2 dbles vice a king room. Staff fixed the error and moved me into a king room immediately after I reported it. Breakfast was simple, yet provided. I was looking for a good nights sleep, after sleeping with my pad and sleeping bag for 7 nights and this did the job perfectly.
Hotel was within reasonable distance to University for graduation. Had to ask for iron. Iron was broken in room. Very dirty, daughter-in-law went to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies and clean room before children could stay in the room. Convenience to graduation was the only upside of stay. Realizing the owner can charge very high rates for graduation weekend, thankful to only have to sleep there.
The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The hotel was clean and a convenient location for everything we needed.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Nothing fancy, little outdated but good night sleep and comfortable. Close to Liberty and downtown Lynchburg .
Less than stellar. A/C unit was partially disassembled. It ran but was very noisy. This was a smoking room. The battery was removed from the smoke detector and the cover was left open. Hot water pressure was very low. The only ice machine was in another hotel building across the parking lot. the room furniture was sort of a hodgepodge. It left very little room to walk and one portion of the room was almost unusable because the table/chair combination took up all the space between the A/C unit and one of the beds.
The staff and everyone were wonderful and attentive, clean rooms and a great experience. We had a little problem with wifi but it was bearable.
The rooms were clean, road noise was a little loud
My stay at the hotel was fine but I will NEVER use your organization again. Imagine my surprise when I found out what the hotel charged per night and what you charged me. Had I called in my own reservation, which would have taken the same amount of time as using your services, I would have saved right around $60 for the three nights.
When I went to check out, the hotel clerk showed us a bill for $198 which was over $50 more than what we paid you. Next time we will go straight through hotel. Robert Addis
For an overnight stay, the price was all right. The location was easy to find. Just what I would expect.
Stayed here for a weekend class at Liberty. Not my first choice, but they had vacancies when I couldn't go elsewhere. I have been to much worse places. The bed was comfortable, room was clean, and they actually had more tv channels than many of the other hotels. I stayed on the first floor, and incoming car headlights shined into my room each time someone entered the parking lot, so get a 2nd floor room. For the money and what I needed I was happy and felt safe.
I needed a hotel to sleep in Lynchburg before a test. I checked in late (9pm) and checked out early (7am) so had very little time in the hotel. It was fine for what I needed...a cheap, clean hotel to spend 10 hours in before a test. It was an older hotel, but as clean as it could be. The mattress was pretty hard. There wasn't a whole lot else to say. It was fine for what I needed!
We spent the weekend in Lynchburg to visit a family member in college. It was close to Liberty University and other amenities.
