The property was great. Staff was nice. Breakfast could definitely be better, but other than that it was great. Would recommend to others.
We were only there for an overnighter. Charming cute place, looks to be recently renovated (carpet/floors), room was nice and large. Breakfast area very clean and we appreciated the hot breakfast and friendly staff. We pass through on way to S. Dakota quite a bit. This will definitely be our go-to overnighter if needed!

The Covered Wagon Motel was ok for being in the middle of no where. It is the only hotel/motel where you were charged extra for a non-smoking room.
The property was beautiful and the rooms had great unique decor. Beds were comfortable, pool was great, and breakfast was really good. There was nothing we didn't like about our stay at Covered Wagon Motel.

Room was spacious. Separation of sink, shower area is nice. Breakfast area was clean and we enjoyed the hot breakfast. My only issue would be not having a small fridge. Would be a problem staying without one in the summer but we were fortunate it was cool enough this time of year keeping our cold stuff in the car.
The pool was terrible cold and spa cold, Love to swim and was disappointed in the pool temp
We always stay at this hotel when we stay in Lusk. Friendly staff, good breakfast, great pool/hot tub/sauna.
Nice little hotel in a nice little town. The care takers do an excellent job at making sure the place is clean. Rotating menu for breakfast is a nice touch too.

The outside of the hotel it looks clean, but inside oh my, oh my stinks like they smoke inside the room before and that odor is everywhere,plus i don't think that they clean those rooms. Sorry but I am being truthful.

As we got your RESERVATION with SMOKING room which is always cheaper online and at property compare to non smoking and as you dont want smoking room and you told us that's by mistake. We changed out to non smoking and We charged only diffrence between smoking and non smoking. We apologize for inconvenience on your reservation by orbitz.
