Tub and surround were peeling. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, pillows were near non existent. I needed 3 just to prop me up like 1 normal pillow.
First night could not get water temperature to change from too hot for my baby, no one answered at front desk. Room was not that clean only one of the beds had a blanket on it. Internet stopped working the first nite I called the front desk they said it was working and to try again I was never able to her back on the internet. Coming back from a long day of visiting family I come back and was unable to get into my room I had to wait with a restless baby and my hands full. I call the front desk and they said it was a mistake like how does that happen. This was one of the worst stays I have had. If possible I would like a refund for aleast part of my stay due to the inconveniences.
Dirty, dated, and unkempt. Walls are dirty with many holes. Carpets stained and bedding old and stained.
We checked in late and left early so I didn’t get to experience much but the front desk, room and breakfast. Front desk was very kind and pleasant, even at 11 at night. Beds were comfy but the pillows were a bit strange from what I am used to. Stacked together, I had a great nights sleep. Sadly, whoever had stayed there previously left a trail of stains on the carpeting. I don’t blame the hotel or staff for that. People should be mindful of how they act when they aren’t home. We got to breakfast right before leaving at 9:30 so there wasn’t a lot left but what was there was very good! Sausage links, waffle maker, biscuits, a variety of grab and go fruits, much better than most places we have been. Great value for the low price so if you need a place to hunker down for the night, it’s worth it.

There was damage in one of the rooms that we were given and the other 2 rooms that wed were offered was not cleaned

The desk had a spill mark on it ,so that means it was not cleaned well and the same in the bathroom, the counter was not cleaned properly .
