Great manager on staff. Super helpful and the room is clean.

Perfect location to ski in magic Mountain. But this place is old, outdated with old tv in the room and no refrigerator or microwave. Very noisy from the kids outside. If you are family with kids and desperately need place to stay that’s the right choice

Orbitz booking says breakfast available but they don’t have any breakfast confirmed by the front desk.

The room was clean and pretty quiet and the bed was comfortable... I would have liked to have had a small refrigerator AND a microwave.. :(

I liked the home feeling the place had and that the bar and restaurant was in the lodge. The room was great. The place could use a little touching up here and there with paint starting to peel and the old tube Tv that was still in the room.

The staff was extremely competent, friendly and fun. Facilities were kind of dated and well-worn. Breakfast was quite fine.

Wonderful location with the most pleasant staff. Great spot, rooms are large and comfortable. I would have given it 4 stars all the way, but the carpet could use some updating and I happened to be there during a heat wave and missed the AC. It really wasn't that big of a deal but I feel I needed to mention it to be completely honest. We ate dinner in the restaurant one night and it was really good. It was the best steak I had in a long time. Overall, an excellent choice and a great value for the money!

It's somewhat my fault for not doing enough research, but after checking in and finding a sweltering 90 degree room with no AC, ceiling fans, or anything to make the air more comfortable, we had to bail and stay elsewhere. If the weather had been cooler, it would have been adequate, and a reasonable deal for the money.

Vince, the man with many hats, was wonderful. Our room was clean with a kind size bed and a jacuzzi tub. It's obvious that the families there are return customers, which gives it a good vibe. We had dinner at the Red Slate and the food was delicious! We will definitely be coming back to Upper Pass Lodge.

Best value for skiing accommodations in the southern half of Vermont. But don't tell anyone!

This ids the second time at this motel because of their quiet location in the mountains and because they are pet friendly. Had a meal in the dining room that was very good.

Nice Hotel with great rooms for families. Friendly staff and clean rooms. We stayed in a room that had two separate areas for kids and adults. It was perfectly set up with comfortable beds.

No air conditioning, microwave, or fridge in rooms. We were told to open window if we wanted air. Woke up at 10pm to find 2 men looking through our window. We won't be back. I've stayed at campgrounds better than this. Place is loud and finding things to do, you have to drive a long ways. We left early and stayed at a much nicer place. Save your money go somewhere else.

We had a nice room- good set up with a separate bedroom/sink from the main bedroom and bath. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean (though a fresh coat of paint and a little deep cleaning in the corners would be good). There's no air conditioning which wasn't a problem as the evenings were cool, but with the windows open there was a lot of noise, loud conversations and the smell of smoke from the parking lot. I would return here IF I could get a similar room at the back of the lodge- the parking lot is just too unpredictable. I knew the wi-fi would be spotty from reviews so was more than prepared to catch up on some work in the lobby, which is comfy (with some "colorful" bar conversations that I was glad my teenager wasn't within earshot of!)

Very cozy, clean hotel right on a mountain. Friendly and attentive staff. Very good in-house restaurant. Menu not extensive but food was delicious. Bar and cozy lounge with real fireplace. Excellent price Cons: something loose above the ceiling was making noise every time we walked underneath. And I wish there were at least a coffee maker in the room.

Nice room, small but well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Coffee and muffins served for breakfast, very nice. Ski type lodge with nice dining room.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your honest feedback. I apologize for noit meeting your expectations. It is agreed that we are dated and upgrades continue to be a work in progress. As a family friendly lodge, we do on occassion have challenges with noise, however, we are often able to address it. While the rooms do not have microwaves or refrigerators, we are able to heat items in our restaurant kitchen and store items in our coolers. I will check to see that the 3rd party site is not listing the appliances as amenities.Again thank you for your feedack and my apologies for your dissapointing stay

Thank you for taking the time to provide your rating and your feedback. I am glad you enjoyed your stay and your dining experience with us As the lack of air conditioning has become more of a concern in recent years, we are looking at ways to address it as part of a long term plan. The carpeting will hopefully be addressed in the coming months. Again, I thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Hopefully we will see you again should your travels take you to our area in the future.

adequate, if you don't mind sleeping in a sauna.

My apologies for your disappointing visit. We certainly need to communicate that we do not have air conditioning, especially during the more frequent heat waves that we are experiencing, we do have fans for the windows, however, on extremely warm days they are often not enough . I am glad you feel we would have been a good value had it been cooler. Hopefully we will have an answer to the air conditioning challenge in the not too distant future. I will attempt to locate your reservation and work on a refund
