Room was clean shower water had a mildew smell when turned on. Breakfast was cold and unattended.

Good Breakfast. Conveniently located near highway and town

The hotel was clean the location was perfect. We enjoyed the full screen on the window fresh air is always welcome in any hotel

The hotel itself is nice. The staff was helpful and friendly, the room was clean and comfy. However, it is in the middle of nowhere. It was a 3-4 mile drive to town. I know, big deal. But we were hoping to be able to walk to the beach, clean up and walk into town for dinner. So driving back and forth was a little inconvenient. So maybe, since the hotel is near nothing, not even a gas station or convenience store, they could have a restaurant or party store in house. Pentwater is beautiful and fun. Would go there again.

excellent pool and very clean and maintained Very friendly staff

Traveling in winter to a Lake Michigan area that's crowded in summer was a nice experience. Not very many other guests at the hotel so it was quiet. They still provided a full selection of food for the continental breakfast, better than I expected. The room was clean and comfortable. The desk clerks were very nice, and were knowledgeable about the area. No coffee maker in the room, but they had a carafe of coffee in the lobby with to-go cups, and the coffee was actually good.

Easy to find. Very clean & attractive hotel. continental breakfast was good too.

I was happy with the hotel and how easy it was to get to - right off the highway. It was a good value. I would stay again.

The room was clean, large, and nicely furnished. It could have used another chair and a lamp for reading. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.

Good Experience. It was convenient to our destination and had good continental breakfast.

We paid high season prices for this hotel that unfortunately was nowhere near the town and beach. This new facility was clean and roomy, with crisp sheets and towels, and comfy mattresses. However, it missed on several details, such as the two non-functional remotes, a work-out room that had no A/C (was told to 'open the pool door': unfortunately the pool was even hotter), no towels and no water, and continental breakfast served haphazardly in an empty cheer-less ballroom. At check-out the desk staff was non-responsive to these details, not exactly what I wanted after spending >$200 for one room. That aside, I'd recommend this hotel at off-season prices only as long as workout facilities aren't needed.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Nice pool. Plenty of parking. Comfortable beds, nice size bathrooms for multiple people to share room. Chose this location to spend 2 days visiting nearby towns and the Silver Lake Dunes. Breakfast could have been better, served the usual continental fare.
