Enjoyed our stay, room was excellent condition, staff at check in counter outstanding with information and help.

Friendly staff, good value due to free breakfast, rooms comfort is ok

I booked two conjoining rooms due to having small children just to arrive and be told that they could find my reservation. I booked both rooms a month in advance and called twice to confirm. After finding my reservation i was told it wasn't possible to conjoin the rooms. I tryed explaining to the staff I had 5 children that were not old enough to sleep in a room alone(ages 2-10). Staff told me there was nothing that could be done and I still had to pay for both rooms because I had to many people for one room (which Is why I booked two rooms). Long story short my husband slept in one room with two children and I had to sleep in thr other room with three children. The rooms were on oppisite sides of the Building! Would not recommend this hotel for a large family

Very friendly staff. Desk clerk went above and beyond in finding maps and discussing kayaking sites. The rest of the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The pool area was well kept. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. The bathroom itself is small but adequate. The rest of the room was nice size.

Check in was fast, no hassles. Only problem was that the pillows were HARD. Everything else was great!

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past 2 years and has always been good.

Centrally located to area I like to visit, easy check in, nice pool.

The overall experience was nice. We had the last room available.

Conteniental breakfast wasn't anything spectacular. Don't recommend staying there to eat in the morning

We went to Manistee overnight for our son's school function, mostly to break up the driving hours.

Everything was good, however due to heavy rains the carpeted floor under our window was wet and nearly reached the bed. I told the staff about this hopefully this will be corrected before mold sets in.

we were in town to look for land for sale and go to the casino. The room left a lot to be desired. Carpet was worn and stained. fireplace not visible from the bed. pool was nice though.

Spacious king room. Lacking electrical outlets.....................................................

Everything about the hotel was good, quiet at night time! Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Will stay there again!

Very clean and comfortable room. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has well water, so there is a slight iron/sulfur smell to it. Perfectly safe and you get used to it fast. We stayed two nights with our toddler, there wasn't a ton of junk laying around for her to get into (pens, coffee, glass cup, etc). That was nice for us. Great for the price, clean, big comfy bed, tasty breakfast. That's all I need.

Rooms were average. Pool was very good. Breakfast was very good and well stocked. Good location for the casino that is in town.

Small rooms clean just slept there so was fine for what we used it for

Good value, close to the dunes. Downtown is a couple of miles away.

We picked this hotel for it's central location as we were travelling north west Michigan. A great place to day trip from; good restaurants downtown on the river. Had a good time and would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast lacked a little for our tastes. Would have preferred more fresh options such as eggs (w/o) cheese, fresh fruit, etc
