The stay wasnt terrible but it wasnt great either. Check in was ok but the gal was a little rude at first. On aorbitz i booked 2 rooms for 2 adults and 2 kids but the hotel reservation only showed 2 adults. Once in the rooms i went to open the fold outs and there was no bedding. I called down for some and was told i had to go pick it up myself. Once i picked it up, i was told that due to their ongoing renovations, they advised against using the pullouts since most were broken. Mind you i booked a king with pullout for 2 adults and 2 kids. So where do they sleep now? Went to use the gym and the key card wouldn't work. At 10pm i get told they have a rollaway for one of the two rooms i had booked. Then we had to reset our key cards about 8 times during our stay. Rooms were clean. It wasn't a bad place to stay. But was very annoyed having to reset keys so many times and not having beds for everyone.

Nice, clean room. Front desk staff extremely friendly.

Clean. Nice renovation. WiFi is good. Definitely good for the price. Recommend.

Over all was a great stay. Everyone were really nice.

I have stayed a few times and I'm always satisfied with everything. Will continue to stay here when I'm in Lubbock.

During my recent stay, everything we ask for they were out of it. Example king size bed you only get 2 pillows, two towels for four people, sheets for full out couch? Even the air conditioner wasn't working. Stay here at your own risk.

Family of four stayed the night in Lubbock to continue on to Austin the next day. Room was standard w/2 queen beds. Room was nice and clean, breakfast was great (Texas waffle maker was easy to make and use) and location was easy to find right off the interstate. Overall great experience.

Desk help rude. Wouldn't provide receipt or invoice at checkout. This due to agreement w Third party.

We were very disappointed with the hotel. The facility was dirty, the breakfast was sub-par and the pool was ice cold. The hotel was out of towels the first day of our stay. So, with four people in our room, we had to settle for two towels and some very small/rough pool towels.

Upon arriving the hotel actually seemed pretty nice. The clerk that checked us in was very pleasant (best part of the stay) and the foyer seemed updated and nice. We went to the floor that our room was located on and immediately after stepping out of the elevator we were hit with a wet carpet smell, while not pleasing we still had hope as at least this shows they clean. The room itself wasn't bad at first glance, it has some recent updates but seems that they left off with the furnishings. The TV was straight from the 90's along with a filthy couch sporting all the stains from its many years of use. The counters were new along with the paint which was nice. We have a toddler and had hoped to bathe him but the tub was stuck in shower position. The pool was out of order, you kinda get the idea... Worse of all and the deal breaker for us was the comfort of the beds. They were hard as rocks. If you have a bad back please re-think your stay here. I woke up and could barely stand due to the sciatic pain their bed caused. The free breakfast that was offered was also a huge disappointment, nothing fresh and I am pretty sure the orange juice was just shy of fermented. Not sure if this is because we were there on a weekday instead of the weekend, but compared to another recent hotel visit (different hotel) I expected quite a bit more.

Clean rooms, conveniently located to local attractions

Pool was too cold to get in, sauna didn't work, no water in the work out room. We had to be moved out of our first room because the A/C didn't work. This could be a very nice hotel. Maintenance is failing horribly.

The pool was way to cold the room was hot, the breakfast was pitiful.

One night stay, very good. Comfortable and very clean, comfortable bed which is very important

Overall the stay was good. Location made it easy to get to Texas Tech and places to eat. The breakfast had limited selections. The room was nice but refrigerator would not cool. The a/c the last night had trouble cooling.

Rooms were comfortable to sleep in. Tv was an old one, no usb port. The staff was very helpful if u needed items, like towels. The indoor pool was out of order for 4 or the days we were there, ao kids were bummed. Stayed for a week. Breakfast was the same everyday and got old really quick. Some days there wasn't much to choose from as items weren't restocked. Close to where we needed to be and right off the freeway. Only 1 entrance and exit to get to hotel on arrival so we had to go around the block to get back to it.

Nice location next to the Interstate as well as Loop 289. Staff was helpful and friendly and the breakfast was a bonus

This was a biz trip, so I came in late and left early. The room was small, but clean and neat. While the location is on the other side of town from the malls and entertainment, it is at a major intersection so that travel on the loop is pretty fast. It is on a one way access road that can be a challenge to get to if you aren't coming from just the right direction. The continental breakfast was seriously lacking in options; not to mention it was packed and difficult to move around in. It was perfect for what I needed it for and I would definitely stay here again.

It was a good experience. nothing real fancy, but it had everything we needed.
