Starting with the positive.. the bed was comfortable and the staff tried to be helpful. On to the not so positive.. the electrical outlets were all broken, and were held together by scotch tape. Even the one next to the sink - this is a hazard because when you try to unplug something the entire outlet pulls out of the wall. One night our smoke alarm was beeping like it needed a new battery. I called the office and they asked me to stand on a chair and bring them the battery. I explained I could not reach it even if I stood on a chair, so they sent a young man to our room and he removed the battery, looked at it and said ya'll don't smoke right? I told him no, so he proceeded to remove the entire smoke detector and they never reinstalled it. The closet was so small that you could not hang clothes in it unless you pulled out the fridge & microwave that were in there. The towels were like mismatched rags, and the second night they left us damp towels in our bathroom.... so gross!! The room was fairly clean, but they need to seriously improve how they clean the toilet. The one blanket on the bed was very old & worn. Every single night people had to park in the empty lot across from the hotel because there was not enough parking for guests. I would not recommend this place to a friend, nor will I stay here again.

Cheap hotel. Arrived late, left early. Room for the night. Hotel did not have anything gross about it. It is a cheap one night stay place.

This hotel is obviously one that is used for construction workers from out of town. It did NOT meet my expectations and made me feel extremely unsafe while traveling with my teenage daughter. The front desk staff seemed oblivious, although they were busy tending to their small children that were eating a meal behind the desk.......NO THANKS! I will not be returning!!

I was living at the hotel for 3 days. The clerk was bad attitude and impatient because I am not good at English. When I moved in, I immediately discovered 3 flies on the glass. They are pretty annoying. You know flies are hard to kill. After one day, I was shocked by a cockroach upside down in the bathroom. The last day, when I was leaving, it was around 10:30. It is time for housekeeper to clean every room and they are unprofessional. They don't even wear a uniform and put the cover blanket on chair but the half of the blanket almost on the floor. However, you get what you pay. If you just want a place to take shower to sleep to use wifi, it will be a valuable hotel.

It is an older hotel needs some updating, but was good for the price.

When I travel, I am not looking for the Taj Mahal, but a place that is clean and has a comfortable bed. This has both, along with internet and a small breakfast.

This room was way too pricey!!!! The clock would not work after setting it twice, the only way to watch the tv was lying or sitting in the bed, the only chair was facing the other way and could be used, but put in front of the door. The room was very small due to all the heavy furniture. The lavatory had been updated, new granite cabinet and new tile had been added to the floor.

Great staff clean rooms and excellent location For the price

It was ok,no it was not, who am I kidding??? I will not stay there again. Breakfast lacked a lot! 2nd night there a couple had a screaming fight outside of motel... 4th night the people in the room above us need to learn WHEN TO PUT THERE TODDLER TO BED! From the sounds of it they were allowing the child to use the bed as a trampoline and do a dismount to the floor. This went on forever and I called the front desk...it still continued... Overall, , I was disappointed and would not stay again!

the hotel staff were the best i"ve dealt with.very happy and helpful, even with late night requests

We arrived late at night and left early in the morning, passing through basically. We were pleased with what it was for the price. No frills. It was a clean, comfortable bed and a clean restroom. That's about it. Nothing special, but we didn't want anything special and the price reflected that.

THEY NEED TO LOWER THE PRICE! IT WAS DIRTY AND IT SMELLED BAD!! THEY NEED TO REMODEL AND NOT LET ANYONE STAY THERE!!

It was a Super 8- nothing more, nothing less- cheap furnishings, beds, etc.. but that's what I expect when I book a Super 8

About a 1 1/4 miles from Jones AT&T Stadium. Pretty basic hotel. Pretty much what you would expect from a Super 8. Fairly clean. Friendly staff.

Traveled to Lubbock on business. Decided to book hotel with travel package even though I was leery as I have had a few bad experiences with Super 8 (also some good though, depends on ownership and age of hotel). The hotel was outdated, lobby smelled awful, staff spoke very poor english and were constantly walking by and looking through the window of my room, room was outdated, dingy, and missing multiple lightbulbs. Just very disappointed overall.

Hotel was extremely run down; very dirty. Linens were very old and worn and looked dirty; shower curtain had mold on it, toilet didn't work we had to keep calling to get it fixed. Towels were stained and floors were filthy. I would highly suggest to pay an extra amount of money to stay somewhere else.

Went to visit oldest daughter at Texas Tech, motel was ok, would have been great if the shower worked, had to use bathtub instead. Staff was fine, rooms (other than shower) were all just fine.

Towels were old, It was noisy

Location is very convenient and easy to find.

This motel was easy to find and amongst the bigger hitters in the motel chains. The location was great to where I needed to get to.

Smoke Detector... this is not how you replace a battery. broken outlet in bedroom gaps in tile had to pull out fridge to use the closet at all
