The room was not as nice as the others I have stayed in at this hotel. The bed was old and lumpy.
Great place to stay if visiting Texas Tech, very close. I found the beds to be comfortable, the breakfast was good and the staff very nice.
Best check in ever. Breakfast needs work. Very bad coffee.
Upper part of inside of commode was DISGUSTING. Maid needs to do their job
It was nice to speak with friendly staff members after traveling for so long. The room was a little smelly but we opened the door and let fresh air in. Otherwise, no complaints.
Biut lots of dogs and barking in morning woke me up. Most people were nice that had dogs I was just unlucky to be across from the only rude people. I'd stay again
They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable!
The room and location were perfect for my short stay. comfortable rooms and location was not too far from resturants and shopping centers.
Hotel is way out there from LBB but good for one - two nights
Everything was great until we had to get cleaned up to go out. The tub was smaller than the one we have at home. The shower curtain do was broken, so the shower curtain didn't stay closed during the shower. That night when we got in, we both slept horribly. The bed felt like it was supposed to be a pillow top, but had been cut off or something. If you don't stay in the middle of the bed, which I think we paid king and got queen, the hard edges of the bed woke you up. The pillows seemed soft at first, but ended up feeling like we were sleeping on phone books. The reclining chair was more comfortable than the bed. We will not be staying at this hotel ever again. Kind of bad that we both had to take a nap when we got home because the rest from the hotel was everything but rest.
Has the necessities that a business person needs. Continental breakfast and wi fi.
I think this hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. I would stay again.
very dirty had to move rooms and still dirty road construction going on hard to get to
It was great, Ryan the evening clerk was awesome. All together it was great stay.
We were looking for a hotel to just stay overnight during a road trip and this one served that purpose while providing value. The only complaint was the water in the bathroom, specifically the toilet, was not always running. Other than that, breakfast was good and the staff was helpful.
This place is fine. The biggest perk is that they take dogs at no extra charge.
Heater in room didn't work, tub very scratched up. They offered to move us into another room.
