Great hotel, very nice room/accommidations. Flatscreen tv, frig, roomy, nice. The only problem I had was the location and confusing highway configuration. Once I figured it out , no problem. Nice area. Lots of dining options. Liked it.

For the price I paid I was not impressed with the room! Dirty and stained carpets, tile floors and bedding. However, the Beds were good and comfortable and had all am ammenties needed.

The hotel is "just ok". It is an older hotel; key cards needed reprogramming a couple of times. The patio area temperature was kept a bit on the warm side. OK for the price I paid, I suppose.

The hair dryer was not working. I asked for one, but it was never delivered. I did not have one to use during the entire stay. The room cleaning service did not show up on the 2nd day. We left late on the 2nd day. By the time we left the room, I saw the cleaning lady in the hallway cleaning other room and told her she could come to clean ours, but she never came. When we came back, there was no towels in the bathroom. The tissue box in the bathroom was empty, but was not refilled.

Inside of the hotel was really hot due to all of the air conditioners blowing hot air. Room smelled of old cigarettes, towels were stained with fabric softer, and room had not been restocked ( no hand towels or wash cloths). Spa temperature was not what a spa should be (barely 90 degrees).

Just what we needed for a pit stop as we went through to our final destination. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Beds were very restful after a 12 hour drive gave us the breather nedded to move forward. Thank You. Rest was Greatly Appreciated.

We selected this hotel based on price. All the other chains were charging super-inflated prices due to the graduations at Texas Tech so when we saw Days Inn was under $100, we jumped on it. We stayed for one night and the hotel served its purpose as a convenient, affordable place to stay. However, I would not use this location for a vacation get-away. The hotel has a large, cavernous public space, our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating, but we did have a few complaints. The hallway carpet was dirty and dingy. That fact, coupled with the indoor pool, created an unpleasant musty smell outside our room. The slope in the floors was not obvious until you found yourself tripping over the uneven floor. The breakfast was cold (which was fine for cereal and yogurt, but you kind of expect eggs and oatmeal to be served hot--or at least warm.)

The rooms were very dirty and infested with bugs. We were on a business trip and had to find another hotel to stay at and were offered no refund on the hotel. What a disgrace.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Bed was very comfortable and sheets/bedding was clean.

The hotel was very pleasant. It looks a bit rough on the outside but I was very pleased with everything inside. The room was clean and comfortable. Other then being on the other side of the city from where I wanted to be, this was great!

It was fine ...............................................................................................................................................................................................................................

It was fine .... staff were a bit crabby but breakfast was a bit busy and some of my family didn't eat but overall it was fine.

No clean towels after I got out of the pool. Still no clean towels at 9am the next day. Had to wait until almost noon for clean towels

I spent a night there due to visit to TTU, it was as expected for that price

For the price it was excellent. I would recommend for quick business travel. In and out.

Very nice and clean hotel w friendly attentive staff..will stay again

THE MANAGER SEEMED A LITTLE UPTIGHT LIKE HE WAS WATCHING EVERYTHING. HIS PRESENCE WAS EVERY WHERE. MAYBE IT WAS HIS CULTURE OR MINE. THE STAFF WAS VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. YOU COULD TELL EVERY ONE WAS IN TRAINING

First of all we had asked for non smoking and we got a smoking room we contacted the front desk and they said we would have to contact the place where booked the hotelThe room smelled real bad we had to buy an air freshener, we did not have time to call we were to busy. Second the beds were not completely done there no pillow cases on the pillows, then there no towels, the shampo and conditioner bottles were half used. Also there were holes in the wall , overall room was very dirty

The room had a towel in the middle of the floor, the bedspread was on a chair and the sheets were not tucked. I called the front desk and the assistant manager arrived quickly to assess the damage and began making the bed and organizing the room. The remaining stay was incident free.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, the hot tub was nice but needs some work. It wasn't working right. I'm not much a breakfast person, so I thought it was fine, my girls enjoyed it too. I would stay here again.
