Getting to the property is a bit of a challenge, due to the lousy road layout done in Lubbock by TXDoT, but the place is great. The property is well maintained and the service was great. The room was very clean and plenty of towels and hot water. The building was far enough from the highway, that we had no road noise - even though our room faced the highway.

Allowed late check-in without problem. Accommodated my wife who was on crutches. Did a great job!

it was great. great memories .their were only a couple of people on staff but overall it was great. enjoyed the room to the fullest and the location was convenient

Pros: free wifi, comfortable beds, and spacious rooms. Cons: walls are all scratched up, carpet, sink, tolelet, shower and tube all look like they are on they're last mile. Food is ok if your starving and won't make you sick. In all this is a cheap place to stay and by the looks of it built to stay that way. I give it to more years and this place will be a dive.

Stayed overnight to drop off grandkids and return home next day. It had typical morning fare, nothing particularly outstanding, but clean and varied. Staff kept bar open until everyone was served even though it meant extra work. Swimming pool crowd was a little rough. The raised hot tub was a nice touch, but it gave unsupervised kids the diving board they craved. Front desk was unwilling to give me a zero balance statement upon departure and after arriving home found extra charges on my credit card, specifically for lodging that had already been paid. First trip of a considerable number to Lubbock over the last decade that we've had a problem with billing. Highly recommend getting zero balance and scratching out the line "I agree that my liability for all charges is not waived," on ALL copies before signing.

I didn't't stay very long. Just long enough to get a few z's in overnight. But it was reliably clean like I'be come to know Best Western.

This was my second stay here. The first one was great, right after it opened. This time, there was no liner in the shower, and no bath towels. Of course, I didn't realize that until I got out of the shower. I was going to take a bath, but their was someone else's hair in the bathtub. I won't be staying here again.

The hotel was dirty, Bathroom had hair all over it. The previous guest's shampoo's were still in shower. Sink had no drain cover and could have easily lost something down the drain. The windows had a draft and the screen had a hole in it. This Hotel for as new as it is was not NEW at all.

The shower head would not stay up, and water temperature was difficult to adjust. Room could have been cleaner. Wad of hair on the nightstand. No shampoo, only conditioner and lotion in room. Lobby and breakfast are were very nice and clean. Well tended to.

Everything is fine......Cleanness, quietness, No complaints whatever. probably stay there next time in Lubbock.....

Easy to get to, very clean and quiet. Staff was really helpful and breakfast was really good for a free breakfast. Will stay here again for sure.

The hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant. Will stay here again

Had to change rooms due to a plumbing problem. New room was nice however the bathroom had a dirty used bath towel and wash cloth. Had to go back to the desk to get fresh towels and wash clothes since the room had none. Makes you wonder about the linens..... No wiFi during the night but was fixed in the morning. Really nice breakfast.

I will certainly be back! The staff was friendly, room was immaculate, breakfast was exceptional. Plus, it is right beside GardenRidge and World Market! What more could I ask for!!??

I really liked this place and I have stayed in a lot of hotels! Very nice AND professional staff, very quiet. The pool and Jacuzzi were immaculate and indoors. We had absolutely no problems with our stay!

There was one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth in the room. We called for more towels and we were told there were none. It would be a 40min wait. We waited and waited. Nothing. We went to bed using 1 towel after showers. The next morning after breakfast, my fiancé asked for towels at the front desk. Again, he was told there were none. That they would bring them to our room. 1 hr later, they brought them....not happy with service at all

The room we were in was not cleaned properly. There was mold in the toilet (not just hard water stains) and the floor of the bathroom was not clean which was evidenced by hair on the floor (not ours). I found a hair clip next to the bed which said to me that the floor had not been properly cared for. The internet service floated in and out. You could log on to the network, but the access was spotty at best. 4 G service was unavailable in the area in and around the hotel. The apples in the breakfast room were long past their prime and very mushy. When calling to the front desk we had to call three different times and at least 10 or more minutes for them to answer. We will not be using this particular facility again.

The hotel was difficult to get to and to leave from. The room service was at best poor. Room service only made the bed...did not empty trash are replace coffee for the coffee maker. The staff was friendly and I enjoyed the free breakfast.

Hotel was really nice overall. Personnel were very friendly, breakfast was good, rooms were clean, but showing age. Beds were comfortable. Cleaning staff did a good job except they did not have wash cloths the first day and did not have hand towels the second day. Location was excellent for us.
