Rooms & whole property were well updated. Staff was very helpful.

The location was ideal but the room showed wear and tear and needs refreshing. No USB ports in room.

The staff were amazingly helpful and the shuttle to and the airport excellent.

Great location, property is clean but it’s starting to show it’s age. Staff was great. Thanks

Good proximity to stadium, shopping and dining. Staff was friendly and accommodating. “Queen Suites” in reality are full sized beds, not comfortable for two adults in our opinion. The absolute worst event occured between 0730 and 0900 when service employees were compelled to clean the parking lot with a gas powered leaf blower. Non stop, zero consideration for resting guests. If designed as a forcing function to get guests checked out early it succeeded. It also succeeded in having us look elsewhere for accommodation when we return to the area.

All rooms are pet friendly. We don't have a pet and wew assured that all rooms were thoroughly cleaned after a pet stay. WRONG. At first our room seemed fine, but there were areas of strong fece odor. Yuck.

Loved the room, the staff, and the experience. Staff could not be nicer or more accommodating. I would recommend this to anyone.

We have stayed at many Residence Inns in the past that were exceptionally great! This particular one needed updating very badly. The rooms for the most part were clean, but very outdated. Staff was really good! Breakfast was just ok. I guess that I was expecting the same type of experience here that I have experienced with other Residence Inns.

The location was central to everything, including excellence shopping, dinning. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was not accommodating, I requested for sleep & play for baby and upon arriving notice it was not in the room. I call front desk and person working told me I could come down and get it myself. "Too much trouble, I could leave kid alone". Housekeeping, and dietary staffs was 'GREAT".

We just returned from a long weekend in Tampa attending a college graduation. Our stay at the Residence Inn was lovely. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We felt the breakfast that was offered was a real plus.....providing many choices. We would definitely consider staying at a Residence Inn again.

The hotel was very accommodating. The breakfast was great and the Happy Hour with snacks on Monday-Wednesday was even better. You can do laundry there for a dollar a load, which was great. I will say that the beds were somewhat uncomfortable and they are not king size. We rented a two room suite. It was roomy enough.

We stayed here while traveling to see the Buccaneers play. I could not have asked for a better place to stay or a better location to be in. I'll definitely be booking here again on our next trip.

overall for a $110 this was a great place...but i dont think i would stay here agian..unless i needed a big room with kitchen...
