When you are competing with other 4/5 star hotels with better locations and equal prices, you need to offer something exceptional. This hotel is excellent if you are offered an upgrade. The breakfast is also excellent. It is a 10 minute walk from the main square and about the same to the old town.
A place to relax after a tiring trip! A spacey room, a wonderful bed, a fantastic breakfast, a kind and helpful reception in every respect - what more do you want?! As nightbirds we also appreciated the open bar late in the evening, offering tasty food and good wine. This was the second time we came here, but certainly not the last.
Great business hotel with all the facilities. Very good breakfast and service. Very friendly and helpful staff in all matters. Good location also for leisure activities and city exploration whether you come by car or other mean.
We had a great stay in this Radisson. Lots of little touches make such a difference such as fresh fruit and granola biscuits in the room on arrival. Breakfast was a little bit on the expensive side but the selection is second to none. Rooms are spacious and quite, great lighting in the bathroom & lovely shower. Bar is cosy with a great cocktail menu. But most of all the staff are fantastic especially the reception staff!! Would love to return again. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!!
I will stay here for another 3 nights for my business trip. The first night everything not yet change because i just got here the second day , whatever I left it stay the same!! No cleaning glass , no dust table by the bed!! Pot is on the floor!! They only make bed that's it! Unbelievable this is 5stars hotel? If it was not my supposer book it I would later change hotel. No more Radisson Blu 2times already that the cleaning are like this !!!
This hotel claim to be 5 star to me is more of 4 star Location is great and walkable distance to most attractions. It's off the main road so quiet and fairly private. Staff isn't trained to 5 star standard as in most hotels I've stayed. Plesent but don't make you feel welcome. In fact they seem to be uniterested and quite boated on the main reception desk. Not very helpful either. When I have asked to check some nearby attractions I have been told I need to come back later as they have some stuff in training. No major facilities and rooms are ok but not to the standard of 5 stars. I wouldn't recommend. You can get something better for that price equally with central location Anna Sz
Myself and a group of colleagues stayed here for 5 nights. The rooms were large, spacious and comfortable. I was on the second floor and had hot water every morning but another person in our group (first floor) had a day with no hot water. Needed a selection of teabags in the room, if I used two of one type e.g. breakfast tea then they were replaced with another type e.g. lychee... Breakfast was delicious a great choice of pastries, yoghurt, fruit, cereals, eggs, bacon etc. The service was great on quiet days but poor on busy days, we were forgotten a couple of times. Location perfect for our office(5-10 mins) and walking into the old town (10-15 mins).
Very nice hotel with all amenities. Rooms are very spacious although the bathroom showers can do with more power. Rooms have tea coffee amenities and ironing boards. Breakfast is good and eggs can be ordered however you like them. Room service menu has quite a few items and restaurant has very good food. Overall i had a great stay!
Decent enough Hotel like all Radissons. It was December when I stayed and it seemed a bit of a hit with coach stays in town for the Xmas market. The food is of a decent standard and they have draught lager and various wines at the Hotel bar. Walking to the City Centre will take 5-10 mins from this Hotel.
I am only sorry I visited Wroclaw on wrong season and visit was only overnight sleep. Wroclaw itself is nice city and hotel location in very centre of city is convinient for city exploration. Taxi from airport took 25 minutes in late evening and costed 67 PLN ( I am really suspicious taxi driver took a couple of unnecessary turns ), while in the early morning taxi - actually it was own car service of RB - costed 75 PLN and ride took 20 minutes. Positive: large room; good rich breakfast, in addition to annoyed RB coffee service in pots espresso machine was available. Negative: overpriced drinks in bar ( 7,5 eur for a small glass of regular Italian wine - it's a robbery in middle of the day ); no heating in bathroom. There was another issue in the bathroom with water supply, but then reported in reception by check-out it was adequatelly responded. Would recomend and probably would stay myself if next time in Wroclaw.
