Very unfriendly and unpolite staff, if you can find other hotel do it, They add cash for everything even for parking. Breackfast is 40PLN for very small and fresh off buffet. Really do not recommend. Find other hotel near by A4 high way, you can find other better hotel in even cheaper price.
Its a bit far from the city but because it is not busy it has this backside quite mood all around in the suburb where its situated it has my thumb up. Got to say aircon works pretty well and cooling enough but I had to ask at the reception couple times to turn it on... Lack of fridge was a downer but got this feeling from broad and wide vodka consuption by true poles in the country as the hotel serivce might removed fridges due to constatnt whole fridge alkohol frequent disaperance, otherwise hotel room fridge its absolute must. Not a nice suprice. Bacero hotel is quite and peacefull. Space ship silence corridors and clean rooms. Fair and nice bathroom with white tovels. Tv worked a bit okd but watchable. Desk reception hotel service and nice people. Nice hotel and we had good time. We got twice less for staing for two nights then city hotels. J.E.Zoombies
A quality hotel. Especially loved the large bathroom, and the shower cabin, there was the right amount of towels (with a floor towel included), and the breakfast was very good. The reception staff was very helpful with the check-in procedure, friendly and quickly answered all our questions.
Good breakfast and decent room was the only upsides really. Wi-Fi offered is very slow, you need to ask reception to turn on air conditioning in your room (!), the location is good on paper (my aim was to easily reach industrial site at Bielany every day for a few days) but it's a residential area which gets heavily congested during peak hours - you need to account for that while scheduling any appointments. The value is rather average and I've stayed in better hotels in the area. Book with caution.
I don't like hidden costs. When I got my invoice they told me to pay parking fee. This costs are more than 10% surcharge to the room costs. Anoying! Breakfast is average and in the bed the matress is a very cheap one.
The hotel is situated far from the city centre. It is impossible to walk there. The neighbourhood offers really nothing interesting. But the hotel itself is OK. Rooms are spacious, quite clean. Beds are a little small and mattresses are used and could be changed. Staff is friendly. There is a typical Polish breakfast, which is OK, with plenty of choice for everyone. It's a good value for money, but I don't know if I would come back, as it is far from my places of interest.
I were stay in Bacero Hotel for a few days. I was very satisfied. Room was clean, breakfast is a perfect, staff on reception always smiling and friendly. I will strongly recomend this hotel to all of you!
Terrible hotel, staff wasn't friendly. First night we stayed the power went out in the middle of the night. The following night the staff was having a party in the basement the sound travelled to the third floor through the ductwork after several attempts talking to the front desk it finally ceased at 1Am
Stayed here for two nights (15th and 16th September) for a business meeting on the 16th for which we booked one of the conference rooms in the basement. Arrived late close to midnight on the 15th and the staff were very helpful and polite. Room was very clean and basic with no a/c but I've stayed in far worse in Poland over the years. Had lunch in the restaurant in the 16th and the food was very good.
Lovely hotel just off the motorway. Looks quite geared up for corporate use, but we found the staff to be very friendly (English Speaking) and the room / hotel in general to be tidy and a pleasant place to stay. Is not a lounge type hotel and its located in an industrial estate area, but there are a few shops and a couple of cafes/restaurants just nextdroor. We had to pay 15 euro for parking which was a bit steep, given the car park was empty at the back, but had a car full of luggage, so would have probably found somewhere else if not. If you want somewhere nearer to town book elsewhere, but this was perfect for us just off the Motorway. Over all a good place to stop for the night.
