Super noisy room charged 140 eu per night with slamming doors around all nite sleep just a dream plus the room walls that are so thin that you can hear the voice of people in rooms nearby Room was also including a strong food smell coming from somewhere and not going away even with open windows Breakfast quality considering the price of 16 euro was so poor quality that not even worth 5 euro Stay away from a place like this !
"each details" is really what I feel. No troubles did arise and at my request I got what needed. The whole stay has been passed in a very gentle e professional atmosphere. Very accurate dinner & lunch to be highlighted.
A nice business hotel in an industrial area but it is isolated and approximately 10 -15 minute drive to Krefield. The room was clean and with a comfortable bed. There is a small bar area that served snacks which was lucky as we arrived quite late in the evening as the restaurant was closing. Breakfast was very good with a good choice of hot and cold items. We did not use the restuarnt in the evening as our host took us to Krefeld where there is an excellent choice of restaurants. The only downside is that if you don't have transport you are very isolated with little or nowhere to go by foot. The staff are very friendly, professional and attentive and I would certainly stay again if I was in business on the area
This is a nice business hotel. The rooms most importantly are very clean. However the flooring is all hard surface and the rooms echo. The bar is small but the staff were very friendly and polite. The restaurant food was excellent with once again very good and multilingual service. I would recommend it for a short stay.
Nice business hotel but somewhat in the middle of nowhere. The room was modern and with a very comfortable bed. The rain fall shower was very good indeed. Small bar area that served snack, a restaurant was also on site. Breakfast was very good with a good choice of hot and cold items however, because this is primarily a business hotel it was very busy between 7:00 and 8:30. The Wifi was free but at a low bandwidth, a faster service was chargeable, free parking. Overall I would stay again if I was in business on the area.
No room sound isolation; loudly neighbours; limited, no-free unlimited (only 100 MB free access) and slow internet access. Expensive stay cost, really not convenient location (no sight-seeing nearby, cruelly business stay-orieted hotel). Though, the breakfast is really rich and nice.
Nice place in good condition, clean rooms, excellent service. Especially Patrick on the front desk. Not in a very exciting area but is perfect for business & only a 10 min ride to Krefeld centre, plus not far from the airport. Breakfast & bar was great!!
Visited the Tryp on a business trip. While the hotel and the room are decent (room seems to be renovated recently). Breakfast was also pretty nice and the staff were efficient. However, two annoying items: 1. Parking - the hotel requires 9 Euro per night on parking. While you are parking on the private grounds of the hotel, there isn't a barrier, fence or anything else like it. Also, it's the middle of nowhere. There isn't any airport or pressure for parking around. It feels like the hotel basically said - "hey here's another random way to get money off people. 2. Internet - this one annoyed me greatly. The Internet access you get has a speed limit of 512Kb per second and a package limit of 100MB (!). Anything above that requires you to pay addition. This is a business hotel - people come there to work. I've opened my laptop to download the emails of the day and yay! 60MB gone. I find this very old fashioned and annoying. Last bit, but I assume this is due to non typical technical fault - there were no hot water in the morning. Bottom line - while it has good location for the park I'm going to try other solutions next time, if only for the sake of the Internet connection.
Everything is extra, even while the hotel as such is nice. Both parking, wifi and breakfast is a surcharge. Else the hotel is nice, room are decent, even while the light in the shower is not very good.
Location: I was in this hotel in Aug 2016. it has been located outside of central Krefeld and you need a car to get around. Having said that it is the only decent hotel in Krefeld considering it is an small city 20 min outside Dusseldorf. There is a lack outside of the hotel which creates a great atmosphere for resting. Room: rooms are big enough with upgraded shower. our room was clean and the hotel provided bottle of water and snakes free of charge. it has coffee and tea included. there is no safety box or fridge in the room. Tip: if you want a quiet room ask for a room facing the lake, it has a beautiful view too. Staff: hotel staff were really nice and polite. They do their best to accommodate their guests needs. Services: Hotel has a good WIFI connection free of charge you need to get the code from the front desk. there are parking outside of the guest. The hotel has a restaurant which we didn't use so I can't comment on it. there is no gym in the hotel.
