With three bedrooms and six beds, there’s plenty of space for families or small groups to unwind. The home features a spacious open layout with a fully equipped kitchen, inviting living area, and a wood-burning fireplace. The lake is just steps away.

(Please note the person booking must be 25 years or older and must stay at the house with their guests). Please note the house has a dock, but Army Corps regulations will not allow boat access to the dock. Although the dock is not guest-accessible, lake access and stunning views are just steps from your door, and you’re a short drive from all that Northwest Arkansas has to offer, including downtown Rogers, Springdale, and hiking trails.

We welcome long term stays. Long term stays require bi-weekly cleanings which may require additional cleaning fees.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house, the large back yard, lake access and the large driveway. Unfortunately we are not allowed to grant boat access to the dock.



The Neighborhood:

Located right next to Beaver Lake with lake access. Within a mile of Horseshoe Bend Marina.



Other Things to Note:

- A security deposit is required as part of your reservation. This will be processed as a temporary hold on the credit card on file, rather than a charge. The hold will be released after check-out, provided there are no damages or additional charges.



- No smoking



- PETS - Small/Medium size pets (under 40lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $100 fee per pet. (2 pets max, no cats). We may require a refundable pet deposit.



- No events, parties, or large gatherings.



- EXTRA GUESTS- This listing is for 9 guests. Three extra guests up to 12 people are welcome for $25 per night per person. Please note the bedding arrangements. (No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed on the property.)



- Must be at least 25 years old to book



- Photo ID may be required upon check-in



- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces



- Garage is not available to guest



- We require an additional deposit for guests hosting their “crew” or “company". Please notify us if you will not be staying at our place.
